Desværre rigtig meget larm, jeg måtte rejse igen
De har meget unødvendig larm fra deres poolbar lige midt i hotellet, så alle værelser skal leve med høj diskoteks musik og høj bas i hele dagens åbningstid. Det kunne sagtens være lavt hygge musik, så man kunne slappe af i pool og pool området og på alle hotellets værelser, man kunne ikke få ro til at slappe af om dagen på hotellet, samt jeg så meget få mennesker købe noget fra deres pool bar, tænk at de hellere vil irritere hotellets gæster for at tjene nogen Extra penge i deres pool bar. De burde fjerne den høje musik omgående Der er desuden en fugl der virkelig pipper højlydt i deres hotel kompleks, de er en irreterende høj lyd konstant både nat og dag, jeg troede det var en fejl på deres maskiner, de burde fange og fjerne den fra deres område, så den ikke forstyrre de mange hundrede gæster på deres værelser. Jeg kommer kl. 14.00 og ser at de har sat et skilt på receptionen at deres check in er kl. 15.00, jeg måtte selvfølgelig vente alle andre hoteller i Thailand har check in kl. 14.00, derefter kommer jeg tilbage kl. 15.00 og så siger de at de ikke har noget værelse klar endnu og at jeg skal sætte mig og vente, først kl. 16.00 får jeg et værelse. Jeg spiste morgenmad i deres morgenbuffet og alle varme retter var kolde, det er simpelt hen for dårligt, der er masser af bakterier i de timer det står fremme, varm mad skal holdes ved en konstant varm temperatur.

Pool was in a state of disrepair with multiple tiles missing. Bad enough that it cut my sons foot. They are repairing one pool however the smell of glue was overpowering and so bad you could not sit Outside. Staff had very limited communication skills resulting in poor customer service.

Everything was good but the room and the bathroom had unpleasant smell so I requested for a new room and it was a little bit better. Also, the drainage system in the bathroom needed to get unclogged. I wasn’t sure if it happened to only my room or other rooms as well.

Nice room but the pool could be better. There were Mosaic tiles loose, too many of them. Breakfast was just OK, nothing fancy. Nice staffs. Good location.

I like a hotel very much due to staff are friendly and helpful, room is big size and i can get a pool view, in room have separate shower and bathtub, breakfast is a lot of choice. good location near 7-11 and Big C. (shopping area). I will recommend to my friends to stay here.

Poor maintenance, smell of fungus
The room size is spacious but poor maintenance. Heavy smell of fungus in room and toilet (my daughter was coughing all night and the smell was arousing her long lost allergy condition. Staff was friendly and location is ok.

對這間酒店非常失望,首先房間,床褥像是用上了十年一樣,U字型,睡上去有如跌落坑洞;照明系統簡直難以置信,若不關上總制,房間永遠有一枝光燈是不會熄的,但關了總制,連冷氣機都關掉;房間有露台,但全無枱凳擺設,叫前台取凳,她好不耐煩還要講數一樣配給;浴室花洒承托安裝到天一樣高,簡直不成比例;厠板又是滿佈點點黑點,像用上幾十年一樣。 其次,泳池又無太陽傘設備;整個泳池的設計好睇唔好用,要走到大樓中部才有出口到泳池。 到餐廳,餐枱亂放,簡直沒有統一方向;餐枱又細,放在上面的膠枱墊就大,互相疊起,難以想像這樣都可以接受。 以後不會再住這間酒店

Woraburi The Ritz Resort and Spa Pattaya. NO GOOD!
I stayed att the hotel from the 21 of februari to 2 of march 2018. I wew suposed to stay until the 5 of march but i hade to check out earlier because of bad hotel. I think i was att the lobby frontdesk for att least 1 hour everyday when i were staying in the hotel for complain and discuse with staff and manager. The breakfast buffé is pointed to people from India and China, the most buckets of food, coffe, juice were almost always finished or empty. There is partys going in in the pool area until 06.00 am almost every night or if not in the rooms, security does nothing event that the pool rules is that it close 20.00 pm. The rooms water valves did not work, television were bad signal, they have probably not clean under beds for six months. Safety box not work. 1 room key even that we were 2 living in the room. The hotel rent out parking space to big noicy tourist buses just outside the rooms, i think probably 15 buses coming in late att night and starts Up very early morning for 10 min to cool down the AC inside. Well, imposible to sleep, bad food, service, cleaning and maintance. 1 of 5 points of me

Pleasurable stay
Service was top notch and staff was extremely accommodating. Pool is amazing and spacious. Location was decent and just down the road from Grace spa which had all of your typical spa services. Bed was a little firm but I slept just fine. Would stay again.

房間都乾淨及環境可以,去按摩、海灘及食宵夜,我們一行4人都會叫車出去的,早餐方面,我們是散客,不是團體。散客座位是同團體座位是不同位置的,這是值得一讚,因為在團體位置食早餐太嘈及座位太迫了。

bad hotel bad stuff, ill not come back here again!
i have alot to say but in the overall it was THE bad hotel we been all our stay in Thailand. stuff was rude, the bagboy not help me take my bags on the stairs. the breakfast was gross all the food from last night come to the morning meal. the wifi working only in one area on the hotel, so most of the time no wifi. in the chek-in they ask for 2000B on the room in case that somthing happen. Big Unlike for this hotel, never come back and either not one of my friends.

ห้องพักไม่สะอาดเลย ห้องน้ำเหม็นมาก พักงานทำความสะอาดมักง่ายใช้ผ้าห่มเดิมจากแขกคนอื่นให้เราใช้ที่แย่กว่านั้นคือผ้าห่มมีคราบเลือดคล้ายประจำเดือนที่ไม่เคยผ่านการซักมาเลย เห็นแล้วชวนอาเจียน ขอเปลี่ยนใหม่ กว่าจะได้ต้องตามถึง2รอ ทำห้องไม่เรียบร้อยคือห้องของเราเป็นห้องแฟมมิลี่มี2 ห้องนอน พนักงานก็เก็ยทำห้องให้แค่ห้องเดียว ต้องแจ้งถึงจะมาทำให้ใหม่ พูดถึงอาหารเช้า จานชาม ไม่สะอาดอาหารไม่อร่อยแก้วน้ำไม่พอ คือโดยรวมแล้วไม่โอเครเลย ห้องพักจะสามารถเปิดประตูด้านหลังเพื่อลงเล่นน้ำในสระของโรงแรมได้ อันนี้สะดวกดีค่ะ แต่ทางเดินด้านหลังห้องจะทะลุถึงกันได้ ซึ่งทางโรงแรมอนุญาติให้สูบบุหรี่ได้ เราไม่สูบบุหรี่เรามีเด็กเล็กไปด้วยเราโชคไม่ดีเพื่อข้างห้องสูบบุหรี่จัดมากเปิดประตูหลังห้องเพื่อลงสระก็จะได้กลิ่นบุหรี่ตลอดรวมถึงตอนเล่นน้ำด้วย เรามาการจัดการของทางโรงแรมไม่ดี โดยส่วนตัวแล้วจะไม่มาอีกแน่นอน ครั้งนี้ที่มาเพราะเพื่อนจองห้องที่นี้ไว้แล้วจากราคาที่จองห้อง4**** เราไม่คาดหวังว่าจะได้รับบริการที่เลิศเลออยู่แล้วเพราะที่พูดมาทั้งหมดเป็นบริการขั้นพื้นฐานของโรงแรมทั่วไปที่ควรมีนะคะ

Helpful staff. Family room going directly out onto the pool area was very nice. Family enjoyed the trip. The room however had a musty smell that cleared up after running the aircon on dry mode for a while.

大堂是室外的,房間比較舊,而且廁所渠口很臭,我的小朋友在泳池比玻璃割傷,幸好沒有太大傷口,而且他們也表示歉意,希望可以改善環境以免再有人受傷。出入芭堤雅市中心需要每次乘車,周圍環境也沒有很方便,比較民居化。
