"This is absolutely a five star property experience, and to be frank, anyone who says otherwise is just and idiot. The property is manicured daily by a large group of caretakers, and the staff is constantly smiling at you while greeting you. It is set perfectly on the beach right in front of a biosphere for snorkeling, and very cheap (but great) restaurant extends to the beach as well. Don't give it a second thought, and just book it! You will love it!!! "

Hotel let us borrow one of the rooms for shower after returning from snorkeling after we had already checked out. "Kelapa comes right up to a black sand beach, and the view from the pool is fantastic. The rooms are more than spacious, and if you have a villa with a private pool you will have a full size pool; not a plunge pool. It was the perfect escape to wind down and relax after spending the first part of our trip in the more busy and crowded areas of Bali. "Saya memesan kamar standar via hotels.com, tapi diganti ke deluxe tanpa kena charge tambahan. Kamar besih dengan kelambu. Semuanya ok, staff ramah.
