"Very nice hotel very clean but music outside was on all night very loud and made it hard to sleep first night I hardly slept at all also small problem was conditioner bottle was empty kept forgetting then realising once in shower that shouid be checked by staff. "Fantastic hotel. Staff at reception were very polite and helpful. Loved the Prosecco on arrival. Room was great and had a beautiful nights sleep. Breakfast had a great selection with the option of mimosas available. Only disappointment was we were not approached by waiters to see if we wanted to order from the al a carte breakfast menu. Other than that cannot fault the hotel. Right in the heart of the old town with easy access to sights and restaurants "

"We had a wonderful one night stay at this beautiful hotel and wish we could have stayed longer. The lobby and reception area are elegant and the staff are welcoming and friendly. "The hotel was located inside the old town, so we had to park our car 8 minutes away from the hotel. So the hotel offered to help us with our luggage if we wanted. It was not a bad walk since the travel light. The room was clean and small but had the amenities. We enjoyed staying at the property. The staff was nice; they allowed us early checking, which was a great help. "

Given the fact that there is more than one person staying in the room, they should’ve provided more bottles than just the one. "The room size was tremendous! Having a bedroom and living room made our three night stay wonderful and relaxing.
