Reservasi 2 minggu sebelumnya namun tetap saja ketika check in tidak sesuai pesanan, shower toilet bocor dan suara kamar sebelah sangat berisik tembus ke kamar saya. Kelengkapan toilet standard hanya sikat gigi- odol dan sabun-shampoo saja padahal hotel bintang 4.

Holiday trip
Kamar hotel nya bersih, pelayanan para staff ramah dan sopan, harga cukup bersaing untuk hotel berbintang empat dikota Pontianak, kami sudah beberapa kali menginap di hotel ini, hanya lokasinya terletak agak jauh dari pusat kota, para tamu hotel sebaiknya sewa mobil atau membawa mobil sendiri.

Comfortable, Clean, Tidy, Friendly employees
I was there for a short visit to the faculty of forestry, Untan. The hotel was quite close the campus, walking distance is only about 25-30mins. It's also very near to a mall, so it was quite convenient to find food and other things I need when I was there. Very nice bed, I slept very well, wifi was ok - though not at the best speed. There are a lot of tv channels, tea and water kettle was also available. Overall, I am satisfied and planning to stay there for my next visit.

Comfortable hotel
Great hotel to stay in Pontianak. Room is comfortable and clean. Location is not the best though. There's a mall close by, however it's pretty far from the Gajah Mada where many hawkers and shops are located.

We checked in to the room with broken door in the restroom. Hair dryer was not working. Breakfast was terrible. Overall we’re disappointed with staying here.

The room i has been stay for 8 day the AC was not cool at all. Since first nite staying already complaining to the receptionist and they said will chexk on it till next 2 day again i did tell them about and still the same nothing happening. As same the shower drain is blocked too. On my last day too laundry late delivery to me till the day i wanted and need to call for it. Hope they will more play attention to the guest request when they feel somethinf wrong with the room.

The building is great and staffs are friendly. I am disappointed because I didn’t get to have my rooms as I reversed. My family has allergies which can’t inhale cigarette smoke and she has to use inhaler. We were put on the smoking floor.

Very friendly staff, and OK for a couple of nights. Expect nothing from the fitness center, but fine small recreation area with pool and good facilities in the neighborhood. Good wifi.

隣はショッピングモールで、食事に不自由することはありませんでした。一方で値段と部屋の状況は値段相応、もしくは近辺の過去泊まった別のホテル、もしくは同系列の他社の方が良かった様にも感じました。悪かったとこはないのですが、その逆も然りの滞在でした。

Bad Experience.
WE have to call 10 times and wait hours for them to come and do something not right in the room. I think Expedia customers are given the worst rooms in the hotel. This is not the first time I have experienced this kind of treatment under Expedia.

friendly and helpful staff, hotel located just beside a shopping mall, this criteria is very good, just that we had to wait more than 1 hour to get our room ready and grab drivers are not allowed to pick up/drop in front up hotel lobby in normal circumstances.

너무 더럽습니다
금연실 예약 했으나 설명 없이 흡연실을 배정함. 침대 시트 및 베개가 전 입실자가 쓰던것 처럼 냄새나고 더러움. 조식 뷔페 너무 맛없음.

旅館整體環境不錯(有泳池、健身房),早餐也很好吃,附近商場吃的東西不多,想叫外送用GO-JEK被拒絕,2人入住卻只給1隻牙刷,馬桶蓋泛黃有點噁建議要換。

I usually have good experience until today. I booked this room weeks in advance and requested for non smoking room. upon check in, I was still given a smoking room. room stink and ask to change a room but no.
