"It is situated in a historical building however very nicely decorated. The area has many many options. We came to Genoa by train and the location is 11-15 minutes walking distance. If you take the taxi it will leave you bottom of these steps and you need to carry your luggages Apartment’s elevator is on 1st floor so you also need to take go up 10-15 stairs to get to the elevator. The only thing negative about this apartment was the steps inside the unit which you need to take to go up to...

"Séjour correct mais plusieurs points a revoir. + La localisation, l'espace canapé séparé avec petite dépendance atypique pour la TV, quartier top, immeuble sécurisé. - la propreté, l'équipement sommaire, table de nuit en carton, lit qui se déplie/pas une vraie chambre, meuble à ustensiles de cuisine brinquebalants, cuisine très petite -le mot est faible-, on entend tous les bruits extérieurs par la fenêtre, volet qui se ferme mal et qui joint mal, pas de possibilité de poser ses valises...

"Property was exactly like the pictures, and the property owners were very helpful when we had questions. The property itself is on a very busy alley with lots of noisy locals late into the night but the building itself is very secure."

"This was a great place for my wife and I on our honeymoon. It was very special to be in the middle of the square. "The property is in a noisy spot on weekends. They only give one roll if toilet paper despite being there for 4 days, no face cloths with towels, had to request hand soap. Could not close the shower door as it opens ‘in’ instead of out. A bit frustrating for spraying the bathroom when showering. Tile floors not good if a glass drops, had to ask for a broom and pan to clean up… Location is good for being a tourist at the waterfront although taxi could not find it… it is a remodeled apartment...

"The place is very difficult to find ! Drug dealers and prostitute in the area. Not very family friendly ….. Then, it was good and the appartement is new but lot of things need to be improved : - AC remote control was broken so 30degrees with 4 kids is acceptable - broken shower (no pressure and leak) - no coffee pods or tea sachet for breakfast - broken ustensile - extra cost of 90€ for cleaning for 1 night "

"Wonderful apartment in a nice area in Genova. Everything was perfect from the very begging starting with the contact from the office till we were welcomed in by Susane. We could check in earlier and Susane was very helpful. The apartment is newly renovated and very clean. Very nice beds, pillows and blankets. Highly recommend for single travellers, couples and families! Perfect stuff who works for the convinience of the guests! It was very easy to contact if we had questions:) Thank you once...

"Tout était bien. Hôtesse charmant. Le seul problème est le bruit provenant du restaurant sous la fenêtre de la chambre. Impossible de dormir avant de 1h de matin vendredi et samedi . trop bruyant. L’appartement est cependant très bien situé. Tout est accessible à pied à partir de là."
