"Great property, amazing staff. Pool was closed the first couple days and the water wasn't clear (didnt end up using the pool). A little far from center of town, and hard to hail a taxi or tuk tuk. recommend a ride share app if staying here. Breakfast is good, many options. definitely recommend. "

"We had an excellent stay. The staff is so friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The property is just beautiful. We also were able to walk to a nearby supermarket/ mall area which was excellent. Only about 20 min from the main area in Chiang Mai- easy to get rides from “Grab”. Highly recommended "

"We stayed for 4 nights and loved this hotel! it was very hot in Chiang Mai and they always gave us all the water we needed. the air conditioning worked great in the room, the pool was a perfect temperature, and most of all the staff was extra friendly at front desk, cleaning crew and restaurant. they helped us book tours too. great location. thumbs up"

"Terrific resort hotel. Basically had the entire place to ourselves. The pool was beyond amazing, and the food in the restaurant was exceptional. Entire staff were so kind and available. The best think was the tranquility of the area. You are far away from the chaos of downtown Chiang Mai."

"Nothing special about this resort, it seems to be mainly for Chinese tourist groups. We were the only two European tourists staying there and it was eerily quiet after breakfast when the Chinese groups had left. Hotel was quite old and run down, not renovated for a while. Staff was friendly but did not speak very good English, we got everything settled anyway and they did their best. Food and the drinks in the hotel restaurant were delicious. "Beautiful property to stay at. The grounds are very well maintained. Beautiful pool (unheated but nice and cool on a hot day!). Wonderful coffee shop. Very nice restaurant (I used for breakfasts). The architecture of the newer buildings (restaurant, coffee shop, tea house) is really nice and modern and fits wonderfully in with the rustic feel and look of the old tobacco barns.
