"Front Desk Clerk super friendly ! I had an issue with the ac when arriving so i notified staff and she went out of her way to get me to a different room in the same hallway no questions asked . I didn't catch her name unfortunately but shes by far the most friendliest female working there in front desk. She worked from the time i checked in until the time i checked out from my room and her mood was still the same and energetic leaving a good impression of the hospitality."

"This hotel has changed over the years. Overall it’s acceptable and clean. Yet the coffee taste like water. We were told we would be charged for dirty bath mats. I mean if they’re dirty it’s your floor not our clean feet stepping out of the shower. If you tell me this at check in maybe but it’s an after fact. "There was a loud fight in our hallway on the last night that we stayed, the front desk person was fast to respond but it was very unsettling. Window’s don’t seal properly so there was a lot of noise pollution from outside. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay! Great location with walkable food options and very spacious units!"
