Omg! Today was our last and only night and from 8:00 am the cleaning staff was already knocking on the door so loudly, immediately after 8:55 again. It was soon around 10:00 am and a guy who collects the towels was knocking so loudly on the door, OMG the departure or delivery was at 11:00 am

Their properties in a great location, close to public transportation, however, if they put you in room numbers 25 to 45 be prepared to hear the trains coming and going all night the railroad tracks coming the guard rails going up and down the horns blowing. They should really try putting double pane windows in those rooms on that side of the building or providing the hotel guest with earplugs something because you’re gonna have a restless night Unfortunately. I’m sure the hotel guests On the other side of the facility did not have that issue. And had a great night sleep with no interruptions if I ever stay there again I will definitely request a different room number.

The parking is terrible. You have to pay $40 a night for tight parking spots. You pretty much have to have a compact vehicle. The front desk lies about room services.

Ordered food from room service that was provided from the property. The food took over two hours to receive after calling the establishment multiple times and being lied to. Employees of the hotel let the delivery drive come straight up to your room without approval from us. Delivery driver was very rude and cussed at us during the exchange. After the delivery drive finally left, we went down to speak with the employee at the front desk. Employee at the desk said it was property policy to allow delivers to rooms without approval. Very unsafe. Did not enjoy the stay and did not enjoy being confronted at my hotel room by a stranger at 11 pm.

Booked a stay thinking the breakfast service would be the same as when we stayed back in October: hot food (eggs, sausage/bacon) and make-your-own waffles. The price wasn't worth it. $355 for one night, only to be served microwavable sandwiches and re-heatable waffles. This is not the Hilton experience I was expecting. I recommended the place to my family who were vacationing with me, which had them excited, especially for the breakfast service, but we were so disappointed. Check-in staff (the nice old guy) was good though.

No issues, breakfast was fine but not amazing. Coffee was not good. Fine room, though, bed was just a little firm. Generally good affordable option with nothing special.

Ubicación perfecta, puedes acceder a varios lugares importantes a pie, es segura y tranquila. El personal muy amable, lo único malo fue la limpieza de la habitación nos encontramos calcetines de huéspedes anteriores y pedimos limpieza al día siguiente y no aspiraron solo tendieron camas.

I did realize my room was on the train track side until I went to bed at night. From 2:30am, every 30-40min it seemed... The train would roll through. You not only felt the trains rumble, and the trains horn, but you also got a solid 1-2minutes of the street barrier bell blaring. Sandwiching your head between two pillows did work, and when I finally called the front desk at 5:30am, the best they could do is move me to another room the following day...

Close to airport close to waterfront and walking distance to little Italy. The morning breakfast warm your own breakfast sandwiches not my cup of tea. My hubby liked the zap your own sandwiches and toast your package waffle. The oranges and bananas were the only things fresh that I could eat. Boiled eggs were also packaged and was unable to eat rubbery. Room and bed was clean comfortable no smells. Not able to open windows in room for fresh air. Loud air conditioning cannot sleep with it on but able to keep room at comfort temp to night.

It was dirty and smelled of urinearound the property. The price was way too high for what they offered and, to top it off, they had the nerve to charge for parking- $40.00. I knew I'd lose money if I left but oh well. I stayed at a much nicer hotel that didn't charge for parking, looked and smelled way better and had better amenities.

The hotel was in a very convenient location for sightseeing. it was very clean, quiet, and the staff were great. The only downside was the current renovation which made the continental breakfast options a little less than usual. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
