Looks new, very clean & spacious. Quiet, no pets. Good location near highway and near large mall with restaurants. Prices vary widely depending on day of the week and season.

Everything was great besides the wifi situation which was very frustrating for me. I was not able to connect to the room wifi. I asked front desk for help and they were not able to so they had me call Cox to have me set up. I had to call them 3 nights out of the 4 that I stayed there because I would eventually get booted off. My phone calls would keep dropping. I wasn’t too happy about that.

We got here and they were courteous and they upgraded us to a suite! Suite was great. Our iron board was broken but they came in and replaced it right away.

Rooms are big and open, beds are comfortable, only negative I found in the room was the balcony lights can't be turned off so light will bother you at night, there is curtains but then you can't enjoy the view.

The stay at Legacy Hotel was average. I paid for a stay that had a gym with weight equipment. The gym had 2 treadmills a situp bench and a couple of pieces of other cardio equipment. Because I have a Planet Fitness membership, I asked to borrow a towel to use at the Planet Fitness gym, I was denied (denied by the front desk) a towel to take off the premises. Also, I paid for breakfast for 2 for the entire stay; when, my wife and I went to breakfast, we were charged $35 /person as if the breakfast was not already paid for. Again... the stay was "not very good". I would never book another stay there upon visiting San Diego.

What a wonderful hotel! The restaurant was fantastic, the pool area was great. I only lament not being able to stay and enjoy the spa!

Love the location in Downtown San Diego and it's not too sketchy. Surrounded by other hotels and kinda tucked away so it feels more private. Staff is always friendly and prompt with guest services. The breakfast at the restaurant inside hotel is delicious but a little bit pricier. Only complaint is the water smells a little funky and rooms have a fridge but no microwave.

Our stay at the Legacy Resort & Spa was incredible. Our room was very comfortable and a lovely setting. We had extremely delicious meals from Theresa's Restaurant and the staff was friendly and helpful. Kasey at the front desk was a gem.

Property and room was clean. Paying for parking for the amount paid for the room is ridiculous, should be included, but not as a hidden fee. Room was very minimal, not family oriented. Most likely, due to its considered more as a spa more than a hotel.

Ridiculous hidden fees and you have to pay for parking that isn’t even covered or monitored. Rooms aren’t the best and the staff talking to you every time you walk in and out of the doors is wild and gets annoying. Staff is nice and helpful but I won’t be staying here again.

My first time staying at Legacy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice lobby, room was good size and really nice. Happy hour (3 to 6), and dinner at the lounge/restaurant was really good. The workout facility could use a set of dumbbells. I would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend the Legacy.

Very nice hotel with spacious, clean rooms. Dining/bar didn't quite measure up to the rest of the hotel. Wasn't walking distance to anything, but it was an inexpensive Uber to get wherever you wanted to go. Overall, I was very comfortable there and enjoyed my stay!
