property is a very run-down and old motel. There were some suspious activities going there. Would not recommend this place

I made a reservation and paid for 3 Adults! We got 2 small beds with mattresses. The room was smelly, 1 wooden chair, 1 small table, and 1 TV which did not work! No fridge, no Ice, no Vending Machine. 3 small towels. No room service, no fresh towels! I paid for 3 Nights, we left the Hotel after the first night for a cleaner l hotel with three beds nearby. NO REFUND! WORSE HOTEL OF MY LIVE!

This property had cockroaches in one room and I asked to be put into another room and it had them as well. The neighborhood is also very sketchy. A theft was happening at the time of checking. Very uneasy feeling.

It was convenient, steps away from the lightrail for easy transportation throughout the Bay area. A convenient store feet away. The Civic Center and a Park blocks away. What I didn't like was not able to find ice and non working vending machines.

Unclean, and unsafe property. Staff was rude, and yelled at us when we inquired about check in. Bed bugs, hair in the shower, dirty sheets, inaccessible to those with limited mobility, broken doors a complete mess of a place.

Will Never Stay Here Again Room Smelled Bad Had To Go Buy Candles On top Of That We Couldnt Even Shower Since there Was No Hot Water And The Water Kept Running All Night Shower Faucet Was Broken In The Middle Of The Night Big Puddle Of Water Coming From The Ceiling In The Bathroom And Rooms Have No Microwave or Refrigerator Really Disappointed With This Room

I like it was close to freeway and airport. What I didn't like was the traffic this place gets. Let's just say it's a Hoetel. The room above me stayed up all night cleaning and walking back and forth. Cars pulling up and leaving all times of night. Then got the nerve to charge me a deposit at check in. If your a single man on vacation this place might work for you if you don't mind the BS. Keep kids away from here please

This hotel is run down. The reception area is not inviting. The rooms are completely run down. The carpet is dirty, stained and matted in areas. The bathroom floor tiles move and feels like you foot is going through the floor. The sheets are ok but the top covering for the bed is burnt or dirty and stained. I would not stay here again. Outside the premises are a group of men drinking alcohol with loud music in front of the broken down school bus.

Never Again
The power to the hotel was out and was not going to be restored till the next day and the hotel offered no kind of compensation or assistance with any kind of lighting. Then there was a drunken bottle throwing fight in the parking lot, cops were called and the commotion didn’t stop till after 3am and I had a 7 am flight so needless to say I didn’t get any sleep. Surrounding area look ok but the hotel it’s self was a nightmare.

This maybe the dingiest motel I have stayed in a long time. I ended up sleeping in my clothes on top of the covers. The entire motel was dilapidated. Felt like I was in a pay by the hour motel. The room did have a mini fridge and wifi like stated. Will never stay there again.
