The hotel staff doesnát care about the satisfaction of their customers! There is more than one LaQuinta hotel in San Jose. We called the phone number on our reservation to confirm that is OK to arrive after midnight. The only thing the staff member was interested in was to sell us a hotel membership. After we clarified that we were not interested in membership at this time she said "All right, just come in" On the website, it is stated that there is a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but actually, there was none. We had to call the Hotel to find out, we needed to find a Lyft to get in. Upon arrival at the hotel, we discovered this LaQuinta hotel was wrong. We are booked in the other one, Once again we had to hire a Lyft to get us over to the right hotel. At the reception we were told that there was nothing the Hotel could do about our troubles. We feel the hotel was overpriced, smelled, and had fruit flies all over the place at the breakfast. We will awoid this hotel in the future.
