"We booked a Mill Villa a few days before we left for Santorini. I messaged the owner/ manager several times to try to organise the airport transfer & say hello: on emails, via ebookers, on 2 different mobile numbers & had no responses. Once we got to the airport, we called the owner who said our villa was not available. Instead the taxi driver dropped us off at a different hotel - owned by the same person. We were told we should be happy because the hotel is more expensive than the villa. First...

"The day we arrived took so much longer to arrive at the hotel because they were doing road construction therefore a ridiculous amount of traffic. Anastasia, came to greet us because our driver was unable to drop us off in front of hotel. Why? Simply because our hotel is literally on a cliff. So if it wasn’t for Anastasia taking the time to greet us when we arrived there was no way we would have been able to find the property since there is no lobby. Anastasia was super helpful. "Truly a 5 star accommodation. Everything from picking us from the airport, to check-in, to daily communication with the host was grade A. Prompt to reply and very accommodating. Location is great! Truly one of the best places that our family has stayed in and is super clean. Would absolutely stay here again. The staff also made accommodations for our son’s food allergies when preparing breakfast. "
