"Room was quite rundown. Bath towels were dirty. Main door latch was broken and it wasn't fixed after complaint. Main door was locked using key and not card access, we were provided with only 1 key and caused inconvenience when going out. Master Room aircon was not working, had to turn on living room aircon at full blast to keep the room cooled. Windows were dirty and the nice city view was ruined by it.
