The villa was amazing and the service was just as good. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great location in Seminyak. Only bad thing was the wifi, it’s terrible. So used our phine data a lot and now we have run out of credit

Spacious villa in great location
We stayed in villa 6 for a week and loved the spaciousness, quietness and cleanliness of the villa. The location meant that we could walk everywhere and felt close to shops, restuarants and the beach (although we spent most of our time in the pool and only walked on the beach at sunset). The staff were extremely helpful with booking drivers and making reservations and nothing seemed too much trouble, although like in all countries language can sometimes be an issue. On the down side we found the internet to be extremely slow and not always available and we did have problems with our pool one afternoon but they were quick to try to sort this out.

- Pros . Comfortable(little bit deeper in the block, so not croud and noisy too, consider many villas in Seminyak are on the road!) . Good location(approx. 10 mins away from Seminyak Square & beach, many good restaurants around) . Good facilities and service(big pool, opened kitchen, breakfast) - Cons . Hard to find the entrance for first visitor(deep in an ally) . Noisy(some villas besides the restaurant, until 23:00, looks not everyday) . Mosquitos(maybe not only this villas)

Good stay, could've been better
The villa was fine, no glaring complaints at all. My wife and I stayed at 3 different location during our trip to Bali and this was the one we liked the least of the 3. It's still a very pretty property all things considered. If I was to change two things they would be no airport shuttle included. Most villas I saw included this, but this one didn't and I didn't catch that on the original booking which ended up being an extra $20 at the end of the trip. Also there is a rooster that lives nearby and he's loud around 5:30am. If you can sleep through that then he is quiet again later on, but if you're like me that means you're going to have an early start to your day.

Beautiful place and friendly staff
Me and a friend splurged and got the 2 bedroom villa with a private pool and it was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you need anything they bring it to you, instead of having you pick it up at the front like other places do. My only gripe was that for the 2 nights I stayed there my sheets were stained. the first night, I got in late and the stain wasn’t that big so I didn’t want to make a big deal but the next day I found that they changed the sheets but those were stained too just in a different spot. I don’t mean to sound petty it’s just they were obvious and in a spot someone would lay on, not in a corner or a crease. Luckily the bed was big enough so that i could sleep away from the stain. Overall, my experience was so great it trumped any stain.

Luxury private villa
We stayed in 1br villa. Staff is super polite and they make their best for you to feel welcome. Villa area and villa is super clean and well maintained. You can choose your breakfast from many options and they serve it in your villa at the time you choose. If you happen to be at the villa in afternoon they also offer complimentary afternoon drink and snack (juice, ice tea, cookies). Turndown service each evening to keep moskitos away. The room service and mini bar priced very reasonably (beer same price than in some minimarts). They kindly arrange a driver for a day trip to Ubud. Everything worked well and we didn’t have any problems. Location is nice near to beach and many restaurants. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a luxury feel private villa!

Nice hotel close to beach and restaurants
Very nice property close to beach, shopping and restaurants. The staff goes out of their way to please you. They are all so polite and friendly. We really enjoyed having our own very private pool! The villa was quite large. We loved the outdoor shower! Had massages every day in the room and only cost around $15.00 US FOR 1 hour. We enjoyed our stay and would recoomend

Great hotel
The villa was really good, cozy, clean, comfy and it had a pool and a jacuzzi. And it's 5 min. walk from semyniak square where you can find the best restaurants and other shopping places although the clothes shops there are a bit expensive, and the beach.

Nice villa with 2 bdms 2 outdoor style bathrooms & separate extra toilet. Villa design great nice pool area. Could do with a paint & some maintenance but clean. Staff are friendly, very helpful and always willing to assist. Breakfast included daily. Room service and spa treatments also available. Overall wonderful experience.

Beautiful Villa very quiet & private
We loved the layout of the villa, it was very clean, pool was in the afternoon sun & a good temperature. The outdoor living area was awesome, staff were very obliging & helpful even to the point of replacing the outdoor TV that wasn't working properly as soon we reported it. The bed & pillows were very comfortable, in fact there is nothing bad to say about our stay.

Great location
Two girlfriends and I stayed at Pradha villas for 5 nights in a two bedroom villa. The location was perfect, we were in walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go, so many excellent restaurants nearby such as Ku De Ta, La Luciola and Sea Circus as well as Potato Head beach club and the beach is only a 10 minute walk. The villa itself was a little bit tired looking but a really good size and very quiet, all it needs is some minor maintenance and refreshing. The free breakfast was very average but this didn't bother us as Sisterfields, which serves an amazing breakfast, was only a 5 minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and helped us with any requests we had. I would recommend Pradha to others because of its prime location and villa size and quietness.

Almost a Great Stay but Statisfied Nonetheless
Villa - Big and spacious with a private pool and kitchen. Condition is good and clean, well-maintained. Air-conditioning wasn't cool enough though. All amenities were provided but found a pack of tissues in a box from the toilet with stains. During turn-down service, mosquito coils were placed in toilet and living room. There is a wide variety of channels on the TV but no list of channels provided, so is tiring to screen through channels. The Wifi was good and fast but we always have to login after being disconnected. Breakfast - The breakfast could be better in terms of selection and quality. The plus point is they are very punctual with your breakfast timing which you requested. Location - Great location although the main entrance being located inside a small alley. There is a shortcut located between the resort to exit towards Seminyak Square which closed about 10pm daily. The villa is close to plenty of cafes and restaurants. Service - Pleased with service provided with friendly staff and always greeting you day and night with a smile. The villa provides a free shuttle service 10am-5pm to nearby areas. When we requested for a shuttle at 455pm, they told us the shuttle wasn't available. When calling for our room service at 1020pm, and they told us the kitchen was closed when on paper it stated that room service ends at 1030pm. Both of these could be better communicated with the guests. Overall, a nice and relaxed stay with some privacy and near Seminyak Square.

Great villas for families with a private pool.
Prahda Villas in Seminyak is a great place to stay with kids. The kids have their own seperate room within the villa walls that is secure and lockable. The villas are cleaned and freshened daily with all new towels provided. A small mini bar is provided at a minimal cost. Prahda Villas has a limited room service menu but it is enough if just needing a quick meal or snack at the end of the day. A shuttle bus is available at no cost if travelling in Seminyak or to Kuta or Legian but no pick up service is available so need to catch own taxi back. The shuttle needs to be booked early otherwise you miss out and you can't catch one after 5pm which is a little disappointing. Overall I would definitely recommend Prahda Villas to families and couples wanting a clean, private and friendly place to stay when in Bali.
