Nice hotel and friendly staff.Closed to the beach.
Good experience during our stay meeting up all people are friendly and with good manner which make our stay comfortable. great Hospitality over all.

My stay
Weather was okay, rented scooters, don’t expect there to be lots to do by the hotel, if you want to do anything you have to get a taxi.

This is really cool hotel. Quiet at night and nice chilling out by the pool highly recommended! The staffs were great! 😀

Beim Check-in hat man mir ein schlechteres Zimmer gegeben als gebucht. Als ich das reklamierte wollte man mehr Geld von mir. Das Zimmer war okay. Wie in dieser Region recht typisch, in schlechtem Zustand. Frühstück war a la carte, aber sehr gut. Pool ist schön. Liegt sehr weit außerhalb und sonst ist dort nichts. Der Strand war leider auch sehr dreckig.

Hotel was excellent. Staff was incredible. Restaurant is great and very reasonably priced. Loved our time here. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff so nice and helpful.

Pleasantly surprised!
This hotel is close to the Bangsal port (to the Gilis). The reception was perfect, and the manager was very welcoming - the ginger tea and cold towels provided were a bonus! Our room faced the hill and we saw sasak women going about their days. The beach (deserted!) was just across the road. One downside was no alcohol, but you can get a Bintang at a warung down the road so no big deal! Yummy omelets for breakfast. Stay here while in Lombok for a peaceful entry point to the island!

Dear Adrian Thank you for your kind and valuable time for reviewing our properties. We embraced for healthy resort concept, that's why our owner decide not to sell alcoholic drink, in fact we are selling zero alcohol wine in our hotel. But, it is easy to find Beer Bintang at this area. We will do our best to improve our service to all our valuable guest. We are looking forward to have you back to Diva Lombok for the next visit.
