The room of hotel was good but hair dryer was broken and not available. We used the restaurant in the hotel every dinner, however serving by staff was late and many mistakes for the order.

Family room could fit 4 person. Very nice! Staff was very helpfull.

Room was okey and clean, staff was very helpful. Gym consists of three equipment and main one was broke. Excecutive lounge was locked and as always and many hotels in Indonesia. The area is not walkable

Beautiful scenerry, easy access from main road/toll. all the staff very humble, and nice. excellent service, especially the excecutive room.

I did not receive the room type I ordered until a few days later. The food in the restaurant was always very cold, only 2 days out of 13 was there a breakfast cook on time. The elevator was not working many times !

メインロードに面し、コストの割りに利便性の高いホテルでした。部屋は手狭でしたが、特に不便な点は無かったです。シャワーの出が弱かったこととツインルームのベッドがシングル2台だったので、身体が大きな私には少々寝にくかったです。

Een fijn hotel met ruime nette kamers. Vriendelijk personeel en een uitgebreid ontbijt. Ligging langs een drukke weg was voor ons geen probleem omdat het een tussenstop was.

Not too satisfied.
When we booked through hotel.com - it says we get 3 meals a day. But unfortunatelly when we arrived hotel and check in, we just get 1 meal (breakfast) and the rest is just snacks. They says the info from hotel.com is not accurate and have not been updated. So my point is, both hotel.com and the hotel it self need to have more coordination about the information online, so the customer like us will not dissapointed. I still feel upset and dissapointed since the info online is not accurate.

Good Business hotel in the area - Reccomended
The hotel is pretty new and modern, not far from Toll Road exit so in a convenient position; the staff is nice and the cleanliness is impeccable

VERY NICE, OVERLOOKED HOTEL!
This hotel is new! Everything is modern, the staff are friendly. The free breakfast is great! There is even a pool on the top floor. It is located between Jakarta and Bogor, which is why it is always overlooked. But it is in Sentul, near the circuit. If you take the highway and go 1 exit up, you will find Sentul City, which is loaded with shopping and restaurants. It is located conveniently next to the highway, so you won't miss it. Don't worry, the highway noise is muted as soon as you enter the hotel. You won't have to deal with Jakarta's or Bogor's traffic if you stay at this hotel, which is the main reason why I chose it. And I'm glad I did.
