"1. Staffs was friendly, but room was filthy. Found cockroaches and ants colony in the room. The hotel staff nicely try to offer replacement rooms, but its condition is about the same. Sorry, I will not back. 2. Internet was horrible. Keep disconnected somehow when your gadget (laptop/ipad/iphone) were idle. "Secara umum hotel nyaman dan bagus, hanya perlu diperhatikan KM agak kurang nyaman, karena saat masuk KM, aromanta kurang sedap. Sebaiknya sebelum tamu masuk, KM dicek dulu dan diberi pewangi KM. Untuk sarapan (nasi) nya agak telat datangnya, sehingga tamu harus menunggu."
