"The reception staff were excellent and very helpful with booking tours and arranging things for us. The breakfast staff were awesome too, and the breakfasts were very good too, and their coffees were amazing. The Spa was truly exceptional, and our whole group agreed that these were the best massages we had ever had, the staff were absolutely amazing and were exceptionally skilled in both Bali and Aromatherapy massage, hence we would encourage all visitors to enjoy a massage at the Spa. "Well beyond expectation. Looking at the pictures before our stay, we thought it was going to be a so-so experience because the hotel doesnt look as big as others around the area. However, our experience was wonderful! Service was flawless, quick, and friendly. Room was spacious and clean, and it truly felt like a 5 star experience. "Wonderful two nights escape at a legendary classic resort with a quiet, natural and serene setting, superb service from the staff ( Mr Sutrisna, Mr Eka and many others at Reception, restaurants, housekeeping and concierge ). Located at the very heart of Ubud makes it easy to visit many dining and sight seeing places nearby. However, food could be better in terms of choices and taste. Otherwise, a relaxing and memorable short stay and I would love to return again soon."
