"We liked the independant rooms with exterior doors. The view was a great west looking overlook, to sse the sunset just had to cross the street and go up by the church. The included room service breakfast was great. We ate out fron on the little patio every morning. The hot tub was only so so, water was a little murky so we asked to have it changed and they did without question, but even then it seemed there was a lot of sandy debris in the tub. The cover was a little difficult to handle as well....

"Beautiful hotel with private balcony. Immaculate service. Clean and convenient (porters help with carrying bags up and down many flights of stairs. Lovely caldera and sunset views from our balcony.
