"Family came for my daughter’s graduation from Georgetown. This place was spacious and beds were comfortable. The only two things not up to par was the air conditioning vent in the living room was gross, we had to wash black stuff off several times. And The refrigerator/ice maker was extremely loud. Area was nice. Communication is was not good, hard to tell where to contact. I messaged several times with no response. I called and then was told to call another number. Better communication would...

The staff is really attentive and friendly, and the rooms are really spacious. I had a one-bedroom suite with a living room with a big desk, very good setup for having to work. "

"The stay was great once I was reassigned to another room. My initial room was on 3rd floor and had an extremely strong mildew odor. The front desk was understanding, apologized and assigned me another room in 5th floor. I had no complaints after that. Parking garage was convenient and I love that there’s a Starbucks attached to hotel lobby. I would definitely stay there again! "
