Predatory advertising
This hotel potrayed on the website was portrayed as the new “soon to be opened” hotel when in fact I was paying for the much older substandard hotel. This is a complete ripoff and I expect to get a full refund. The rooms had windows, in room phone didn’t work, so numerous room problems required multiple trips to the front desketc, I could say more, but you get the jist. in the end, I merely checked out the next day to get another hotel.
