This was a lovely property and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everything we asked of them, they did in quick time. We even received an unexpected surprise of morning tea on our 3rd day, which was lovely. They could probably do with replacing the pillows and some of the linen, had some slight stains, but overall, it was lovely. The rooms were huge and well-appointed. The indoor/outdoor bathrooms were also great. The pool was amazing. The decking around the pool could certainly do with renewing, however it was still certainly serviceable. It was a little far away from shops and a larger selection of restaurants, however there were a couple of hidden gems close by. Overall it was a lovely place to stay and for the price, unbeatable!

The staff here are wonderful. The property itself is get dated with a lot of maintenance needed. Boards around the pool are getting dangerous, the locks don’t work. Mould in the net curtains. Certainly no ammenities at all. Bring everything with you. We enjoyed the area, with the Gojek app meaning we could go anywhere quickly. Breakfast is a bit limited and not well cooked. Our stay was adequate, but certainly wouldn’t stay again.

We loved our stay at Khayangan Kemenuh Villas, and would stay again. Next time - we would be more prepared by bringing food with us to the Villa, as not much close by in way of groceries if you want to just relax around Villa. In saying that - Gojek and Grab deliver there. Loved that is short walk to Tegenungan Waterfalls, some restaraunts (pay to get in to area) and Omma Day Club, all beautuful area. Easy Gojek into Ubud town centre. Will stay again. One thing that wasn't a problem for us - but may be with younger kids, is each bedroom is only accessible from outside. Gate to Villa gives privacy and security but for younger kids means need to go outside to get to mum and dad and also right next to pool.

Huge Villa
The villa was huge! I certainly did not expect the size. We took a 3-room villa for 3 people and it definitely felt too big for us. Staff were friendly and provided good service. Breakfast was well portioned was simple and homey.

The villas is spacious and has amazing rice terrace view behind. The service of staff is fantastic, especially, our receptionist, Putri, who was willing to assist us with enthusiasm. Super impressed with the villas interior and service for such a good price (the food is decent as well.) Will definitely be back to relax at the villa again! 10/10 would recommend.

Awesome Villa steps from the waterfall
Awesome place - really enjoyed it. The staff here were amazing and really engaging - the facility is an excellent one, and we stayed here as our last stop on a 3 week Indonesian holiday. The Villas have private pools, and the room service menu that utilises a nearby restaurant is very extensive - there's no reason to cook anything - which is great on holiday. We also took advantage of the massage service that come to the Villas. Overall really happy - i'd recommend this place for anyone with Kids who wants an easy few days in Bali.

Parfait, perfect
Très belle villa fidèle au photos très spacieuse avec très grande piscine, la literie est aussi très confortable . Très bon service de tous les employés merci à tous mention spéciale pour Putri , nous serons de retour l'année prochaine. Beautiful villa as the pictures showed very spacious with a huge private pool, the bed is also very comfortable. Really helpful and professional staff thanks to them they're all doing a great job, special thanks to Putri we will be back next year..

아름다운 새소리를 들을 수 있는 한적한 빌라
우붓의 한적함과 여유를 느낄 수 있는 좋은 풀빌라였습니다. 전체적으로 깨끗하고 직원분들도 아주 친절했습니다. 주변에 편의시설이 전혀 없기는 하지만 한적하고 좋았습니다. 필요한 건 미리 사서 들어가면 될 것 같아요. 풀빌라까지 오고 가는 데에는 꼭 차가 꼭 필요합니다.

Wunderschöne Villa mit tollem Pool, tolle Ausstattung die modern aber trotzdem zum Ambiente passt. Bei unserer Villa (Villa 5) waren einige Sachen defekt (Pool Reinigungs Anlage und Beleuchtung, Garten Lichter, kein WLAN da Ameisen Nest im Router) und es kam mir nicht vor als wäre das für die Angestellten neu. Bei Nachfrage wurde sich aber bemüht möglichst alles zu reparieren. Bei sowas hatte ich mir gewünscht eine andere Villa zu bekommen, da 2 während unseres Aufenthaltes leer standen. War trotzdem ein toller Aufenthalt und auch das Roller mieten zum erkunde war unkompliziert. Frühstück war lecker und ein toller Ausblick, auch auf den Vulkan. Gerne wieder!

物超所值，值得推薦！
根本超乎想像，價錢極之便宜，還害怕會與圖片不相符，誰知給了非常非常大的驚喜，別墅非常非常大，足夠空間活動，廚房碗碟杯等等也齊全，很整潔舒適，而且所有東西也很新。 唯一不方便的便是酒店附近全是田園，沒有什麼店舖等，所以所有東西也要買完才可回酒店。 主人房廁所花園有一隻貓媽媽生了一隻小貓，相信只有兩個月大，為三晚住宿帶來不少樂趣😆👍😬。

Schöne Villa
Alles sehr schön eingerichtet und super pool. Sauberkeit war gut, allerdings ist das Wohnzimmer zwar "zu" aber für Tiere erreichbar, was meinetwegen normal ist wenn man ein Gecko vorbei schaut, aber es war auch immer voller mini spinnenameisen die überall waren. Wenn also das Frühstück in diesem Raum serviert wurde, hatte man die spinnenameisen überall am Tisch und auch automatisch im essen. Im schlafbereich war es zum Glück nicht so. Personal super super super freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Zimmerauststtung war ok, weil einige Dinge schon ziemlich kaputt und ausgenutzt waren (Lampe, Sonnenliege...) und nur provisorisch repariert, sozusagen für Auge ;)

Tolle Villa mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten
Tolle Villa (davon gibt es insgesamt 5 in der Anlage), neu, komfortabel und sehr sauber. Etwas ab vom Schuss (ca 20-30 min. Von UBUD entfernt). Schöne Bäder (z.t. zur Hälfte draussen), netter Pool. Auswahl des Frühstücks nach z.B. indonesisch, englisch möglich. Nette Angestellte.

Excellent from beginning to end
We booked a 3 bedroom villa for a 4 night stay. The staff were friendly and made us feel ar home from the moment we checked in. My daughter celebrated her birthday and the staff surprised her with a beautiful cake. Rooms and toilets were clean and spacious. Our rooms came with breakfast with limited choices so it got a bit boring after 2 days. They also provide lunch and dinner menu and the food is delicious. We can choose from a wide variety from Indonesian to western and Asian cuisine. We enjoyed our stay very much and would come back again the next time we are in ubud.

Lovely room and pool with a beautuful view. It was really quiet, a great place to relax. The staff were kind and very helpful. I would reccomend hiring a scooter as getting in and out of ubud centre by car takes ages if theres traffic.

この価格でこの宿ならほぼ文句なし。
のんびりとしたい人には最適なヴィラだと思います。 ヴィラは2階建てで広々としており、プールも普通に泳げる広さです。 リビングの窓を全開にして風を通しているととても気持ちよく、リラックスできました。 スタッフもにこやかに接してくれます。 マイナスの点としてはまわりにレストランやスーパーがなく、観光地には遠いため出かけるときはカーチャーター等が必要なところとお風呂が半野外（というかほぼ野外）なので虫が寄ってくるところでしょうか。虫が苦手な人は虫よけ対策必須です！ 2回宿泊していますがまたリピートしたい宿です。

So beautiful and clean!
My friends and I absolutely loved this hotel! It was located near the Tegenungan waterfall on a quiet street that was easy for drivers to find. There are full amenities available and even a driver for hire if you do not have your own transport. The staff are really lovely and welcoming - the manager Mr Cokorda speaks good English and has a great service attitude that made our stay so wonderful. The pool and rooms were very clean. We had funny incidents like a frog on our wall, which is not surprising as the villa is right next to a rice field and surrounded by nature, and the staff were very quick in resolving the issue. A nice place to explore Ubud and experience luxury villa life.

Nice place
Close to the waterfalls and a short drive to Ubud. Overall a great experience. During the storm the power did go out but was restored quickly. We ordered breakfast each day, it was brought to the villa. Food was great and the staff was always helpful and nice. Overall a great experience.

Riesige Privatvilla mitten im Dschungel
Die Villas sind 2 stöckig und haben alle einen eigenen, riesigen Pool. Sie liegen allerdings in der Provinz. Die Sauberkeit des Bodens und der Handtücher sowie der Bettwäsche und der gesamten Einrichtung,lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Tote Insekten liegen überall. Wir hatten sogar Blutflecken auf unserer Bettwäsche. Die nächste war nicht weniger fleckig. Ich vermute, dass sie es einfach nicht schaffen die Flecken zu entfernen, aber dann leider auch keine neue Bettwäsche\Handtücher anschaffen. Das Bad war der Wahnsinn! Wir hatten 3!! Regenduschen. Eine am Pool, eine draußen und eine drinnen. Die Villas selbst ist riesig. Die Wände bestehen nur aus Fenstern. Man kann also immer die wunderschönen Pflanzen rundherum betrachten. Tiere und Insekten kommen überall rein. Wir hatten 2 Gekkos und einen Frosch im Haus. Für Tier- und Insektenfeinde ist diese Villa absolut ungeeignet. Sie liegt wirklich mitten im Dschungel. Das Essen ist preislich top, geschmacklich in Ordnung. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Alle Mahlzeiten kann man sich in die Villa liefern lassen. Den Abwasch übernimmt des Housekeeping. Wer ein paar intime, entspannte Tage verbringen will, ist hier genau richtig. Wer viel unternehmen möchte, sucht sich besser eine zentralere Unterkunft. Auch Sauberkeitsliebhaber sind hier fehl am Platz. Aber der Pool und die Villa selbst sind super!

Stunning villa, with wonderful service, it’s a little isolated but if that’s what you want it is perfect, a 15 minute taxi from Ubud.

Relaxing stay just out of Ubud
I chose the villas for two reasons.. the rates were great, and the fact they were located out of Ubud but not far away from Ubud. The Pros- The villas are amazing. Great pools, comfortable beds, and very private. Located between rice fields and a pandan plantation, the views are serene. The villas are a ten minute drive from Ubud, and the friendly staff can arrange transport either in the form of local activities, or direct drop off and/or pick up transport. Breakfast is either served in Villa or at entry to the villas on a platform with stunning views of Mt Agung. The Cons- one of the two upstairs aircon not working and was not fixed during three night stay. If you’re a coffee lover, and paying premium rates for villas, I expected more than Nescafé sachets and creamer powder. Small upgrades like coffee machines in the rooms would take this stay from motel feel to hotel feel. If you’re after hustle and bustle of towns and shopping, factor in 150,000rp each way transport fee into Ubud. Overall, if you’re looking to relax and want a location that has an incredible view, private setting, and modern amenities, this is a great choice.

great relaxing place
Great stay. A couple of small kinks (the swimming pool pomp and filter was turned off at some point, some issues with a storm), but these where addressed quickly. Stay overall was great, very relaxing, a welcome break.

Formidable séjour
Nous avons séjourné dans cet hotel avec mon épouse à l'occasion de notre voyage de noce. l'endroit été parfait et le service plus qu'impeccable, ils ont su être présent et nous guider pour notre semaine. Les villas sont très grandes, propres et bien conçues. La piscine est un vrai plus aussi. De plus, l'emplacement est idéal : il est un peu excentré d'Ubud ( très bruyant), tout en permettant de s'y rendre en une dizaine de minutes. Si vous hésitez encore, foncez !

Overall pretty good. The furniture upstairs aren't the most comfortable, nor is the main bathroom as it's fully outdoors and particularly at night it gets a lot of insects. However, for the price, location and comfort it is a great choices. Would definitely consider coming back.

Rett ved tegenungan fossen
Veldig fine villaer men det er ikke mye i nærheten av hotellet. Det er dog noen restauranter nede ved fossen som er 10 minutter unna. Veldig gode senger og serviceinnstilt personal :-) Fornøyd.

本来は隠しておきたいVILLAですね。朝食以外は１００点です。 朝食が、建物に比してチープです。アメリカンブレックファーストに、肉類(ベーコンやウインナー)が無い、且つ食パンです。(ルームクッキングでも無い！) 数件の島内VILLAには泊まっていますが、ベーコンとクロワッサン位はついているのが普通ですね。 場所は当然のことですが、サイトに地図とは異なります。 -8.573162, 115.286373 ここにお泊りなら、ぜひ滝を見てください。 朝食を差し引いても、お値段から見れば１００点です。

Beautiful quiet villa
The villas themselves are luxurious & outstanding to say the least. There was only a few small things I'd say that should be rectified, the lounge suit upstairs in the kitchen/dining/loungeroom was not at all comfortable to sit on as it is made of outdoor weatherproof material so you kept slipping off it & the air conditioner wasn't quite big enough for the area it is supposed to cover so sitting in there was only slightly uncomfortable weather wise. Breakfast was not the best, the orange juice was actually cordial & there was no bacon or meat of any description to choose from & the restaurant is for breakfast only. You can order food deliveries though & the prices & choices aren't too bad.

Quiet, relaxing and beautiful
Our family of 5 loved our stay at Khayangan Kemenuh Villas. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Great wifi meant we could stream Netflix- unfortunately no cable channels. Food delivered to the villa was delicious and value for money. Beautiful spot for breakfast upstairs and recommended drivers were great.
