Nice hotel and staffs
Pros: It's a nice hotel and staffs. They upgraded my room to executive one as they don't have a room with a king bed as I request. No worry to find a taxi as some of them park outside the hotel. Restaurants and cafes are one block away to walk. Cons: limited parking space. The breakfast was only for two people when I stayed with two others in a room.

Hotel nyaman dengan harga terjangkau
Hotel ini masih baru dan kamarnya bersih dengan ukuran lebih luas dari hotel yang sekelas. Menu sarapan pagi juga enak dan cukup bervariasi. Letaknya dekat dengan pusat kota dengan akses yang mudah dijangkau.

Hotel was awesome to stay at. Has a good gym and pool only minus for me was the A/C in my room was not working properly. Aside from that no other complaints i am happy to use quest hotels again when i return to Indonesia.

The hotel is good. It is aging a bit, but during my stay they were renovating it. I was checked in by Fegi, who was very pleasant and helpfull, as were all the staff. The restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. It is a bit away from everything, meaning you have to rely on taxis, but because of that it is also very quiet at night.

Das Bad war extrem feucht und hat gestunken. Es gab keine Seife um die Hände zu waschen, auch auf Nachfrage nicht. Die Bettlaken hatten Flecken.

This was a pretty good property for the price, but small stuff like creaky floors, creaky beds, and weird shower design where you have to crossover your toilet bowl to reach the shower area.

Not the hotels fault... hotels.com fault
Hotels.com messed up my reservation. Supposedly I’m a gold member. That does not mean a lot any more. I have stayed in hotels over 60 nights recently. But I made a date change on this booking. It was booked to include breakfast. But a few days after I arrived I learned that I would be charged a premium for breakfast because when hotels.com changed the date they messed up the reservation. Very uncool. Nice people at the hotel. Nice hotel. But really left a sour taste in my mouth to call hotels.com internationally and be blown off and treated so incredibly rudely.

Staff were helpful. Breakfast was very good. Room was very dated and vanity basin cracked and broken. No shampoo or conditioner. Fridge didn't work. Pool area wasn't very inviting

The shower is terrible. No pressure on the head shower, water sprayed everywhere, or dropped to the sides. Somewhat broken...also, the water did not go down due to the poor construction. I asked to change the room and they did gave it to me after asking and repeating myself over and over again about the shower issue. The 2nd room is the same. Crappy hotel. One night I came back and could not get into my room since it was locked inside. They have to call the maintenance and fixed it...not sure what happened...but finally I got in after waiting. This is an old hotel with sctraches on their hardwood floor and poor shower drainage. Did not enjoy..stay away.

Decent hotel and friendly staff
Hotel centrally located. Concierge was very friendly and welcoming. Room was decent however shower was faulty and it took them almost an entire day just to send someone to fix it. Breakfast was mediocre.

Really well meaning and hard working staff
The staff is amazing. Very accommodating and incredibly hard working. Kudos to them. The hotel food is ok for a 3 Star hotel but overall it is not edible. The mini bar is a bit of a mislead. You get two snacks on the first day and then they are forgotten after that. Overall it’s a nice place and I hate to give it a bad review because the staff is really nice but it’s definately not one of the nicest hotels in Surabaya. Expect things to be on a very slow pace.

The Stay In Indonesia Surabaya.
Yes. The stay in Quest Hotel in Indonesia Surabaya is a very good one. The room althought is a bit small and the water level for the shower head in the bath room a bit small, overall is still a good stay. The location of this Hotel is very good as the bigger shopping mall is juz 10 to 15 mintues away. If you like to drink, there is a pub nearby call Take Five is good for drinking. There is Live Band inside the Pub and it open till about 0200 hours at their local timing. The most important thing is the drink is cheap.

Great staffs service
Friendly courteous staffs all around. Check in and check out were fast. Room comfortable. The bed and pillows were fantastic...had a tough time to get out of bed every morning. Breakfast buffet good spread. Location not really in the happening area but good enough. Free WIFI was fast. Will stay here again.

Reasonable Hotel Experience
First day, 8 Sep 2016 @ ~2.30pm: Staff is hospitable. Good is clean. Special thanks to Paul, who has facilitate my stay in Surabaya, indonesia by interpreting my English to Bahada Indonesia to my cab driver for some visits to the Cutlery tour & Bromo Mountain. First and Second day, I have to change my room key by going up & down to enter my hotel room. Third day, Thank God. Coming back, about to check with Front desk for a new card. I was told no need, your card still can be used. Overall rating: 7/10. Experience: Pleasant
