First day, 8 Sep 2016 @ ~2.30pm: Staff is hospitable. Good is clean. Special thanks to Paul, who has facilitate my stay in Surabaya, indonesia by interpreting my English to Bahada Indonesia to my cab driver for some visits to the Cutlery tour & Bromo Mountain.
First and Second day, I have to change my room key by going up & down to enter my hotel room.
Third day, Thank God. Coming back, about to check with Front desk for a new card.
I was told no need, your card still can be used.
Overall rating: 7/10.
