ホテルと連結してコンビニ、スーパー、コーヒーショップなどあり、とても便利てした。 設備もよかったです。 ベッド周辺の床にややホコリがありましたが、偶然物を落とした際に気づいたこと。 スカイツリーも見えて良かった。

Great property highly recommend, fantastic view and a few dining options nearby. We lived the cafe that you turn left out the property and walk over the bridge. Saved a heap of $$$ for breakfast and got served by a robot!

Although old fashioned and traditional we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I would have given it 5 stars if the staff had have told me that there was a free transfer to the main Tokyo station by the hotel. I specifically asked the bell team how long a taxi would take and the cost wasn’t told there was a shuttle just about to go outside the hotel. rather annoying could have avoided a 3000 yen taxi which took 10 mins

It is a nice area 14 minutes away from the subway. Very convenient to get to Narita airport.

Only challenge was closest train station was a bit far for some of the individuals in our group. Also, the room size was a bit small. Other than that, it was fine.

Staff was very friendly and helpful closed to the train and very good places to eat in the area hotel offers free transportation to the train station or you could walk also highly recommended.

The East 21 building next door has places to eat. It is close to a bus stop and a 10 min walk from the metro. There is also a bus that takes you to the station at certain times. No reservations needed but it is only one bus and small. So if you don't make it you have to walk.

The property was beautiful. It is exceptionally clean, and the staff are very kind and helpful. They have a bus that will take you to the subway station if you need to travel. They have an excellent breakfast buffet. There are multiple dining options on the property. It is a very safe area. I would highly recommend this Hotel if you are visiting Tokyo!

10 minutes walk from the closest train station, not the most convenient location but the value proposition is good. Excellent staff, clean and large room with a view of the Skytree. Lots of food options in the area. I will definitely book again.

I liked the hotel and loved the area but the staff help was terrible, I showed them my tickets and they sent me to the wrong airport when translating to the taxi driver.

Value for money. Room is clean and spacious. We family of four stayed in a spacious room refurbished to accommodate four beds with enough space left over for luggage. There's free shuttle bus to Disneyland and Disney sea. It is a short 10mins walk to the nearest subway. I will stay here again if I come back to Tokyo.

It is a wonderful 4- star hotel . Only comment on the check out time , no flexible to handle the customer’s request . Must count on the money for any late check out . No money no talk!

Really nice and spacious room, hotel overall is pretty fancy without costing a lot. Only downside compared to other hotels is that it's a bit further of a walk to the nearest station to get elsewhere, but not bad. There's also a bus line on the street if you need to save your feet.

Rudest staff ever!! Encountered exceptionally impolite staff who declined to deliver water to my room and charged me a fee for printing out a 3-page single-sided black/white document - given that I was paying several hundred dollars a night for the accommodation (this is the first hotel, among many countries and places I've visited, that imposed a fee for such a trivial service). Now that I'm writing the review, I still feel angry about that staff's attitude. Nevertheless, the location is super convenient, surrounded by good restaurants and grocery stores.
