I like the proximity of this location to shopping, malls, restaurants, aquarium, art, studios, and public transportation though the property is a bit old.

We stayed for one night after visiting Kyoto, and before returning home and we picked this hotel based on it's proximity to Tokyo station, which was where we were arriving and departing. The room itself was just 'ok' (a bit tired and small for 3 people), but the location was perfect for our needs. In addition to being convenient to the train station, it is right next to the high-end shopping district, which blew us away - a bigger concentration of high-end stores than we've seen in London, Paris, or NYC. It was also a convenient location for taking a bus to TeamLabs Planet, which we highly recommend (book in advance). And last, but definitely not least, they have a really good breakfast buffet. Mostly Japanese-style, but some western options as well. You do not need to book it with your room, and I don't think it's actually any more expensive to pay for it when you're there, so that's what I recommend.

Super convenient location with metro stations just a few minutes walk away and literally in the heart of Ginza shopping district. Bathroom is a little bit dated but otherwise spotlessly clean and good size. Breakfast buffet is a highlight with lots of choices. The bed is on the firm side which suits me well (your mileage may vary and subjective). Overall it's a nice stay and I won't hesitate to come back again.

This hotel is centrally located and is near shopping and restaurants. They will call a taxi for you if you want to go somewhere. Coffee and juice is free in the lobby and they do have a restaurant and bar in the lobby as well. Service was exceptional. I would stay here again.

20일만에 다시 예약한 긴자그로서리호텔
의외로 긴자역과 아주 가까웠고, 긴자 식스 바로 옆 골목으로 들어오면 된다. 교통도 긴자역에 모든 지하철 라인이 다 있는 것 같고 공항을 오가는 1300엔 버스도 가까운 곳에 있어 다니기에 편리하다. 메이데츠 백화점과 지하철이 연결되어 있고, 중심 상권과도 5분 정도 거리다. 그리고, 룸도 최고층인 13층으로 해주셔서 밤에는 야경 보기도 좋았다. 조식 퀄리티도 좋았다. 긴자 중심지에 있어 다시 예약했다. 호텔 리어 및 종사자들도 엄청 친절해서 2박 3일동안 편안하게 지냈다.

スタッフの対応が良かった。
銀座への宿泊で、レディースルームは初めてでした。改装されたのか?すごく綺麗で、ドライヤーやアイロン、足のマッサージ器もとても助かりました。何よりフロントのアレハンドロさんの対応は素晴らしかったです。本当にありがとうございました。

数年前にも宿泊したことがあり、立地、施設の快適さと高級感など非常に優れていたので、宿泊したいと思い久しぶりに利用させていただきましたが、相変わらず良いホテルで優雅な気分になりました。 銀座という立地も含め、もう少し長い時間ホテル滞在を満喫したかったのですが、次回チャンスがあればもう少し余裕を持って滞在したいです。

긴자에 여행올때마다 묵는 숙소인데 조용하고 깨끗해서 무척 만족합니다. 무엇보다도 긴자식스 바로 앞이라 위치가 너무 좋아서 이점이.가장 좋습니다. 일본호텔임에도 화장실이 넓은 편이고 방음도.좋아 편하게 묵을수 있어 추천합니다.
