Amazing location, walkable to the imperial palace and immediately adjacent to Tokyo station so you have subway access to all of tokyo!

Hotel room was fine but bathroom starting to show some aging. Bathtub is slightly slippery when taking a shower. But otherwise, great location

The hotel was beautiful and clean and the staff were wonderful and helpful. I knocked off a point for the cost. It was a bit expensive for what it was. You are basically just paying a premium cost for the location, which is convenient for access to several train lines and Shinkansen.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location is amazing for all travel/transfers around Tokyo, and there is lots of great food and shopping in Tokyo station. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic property with friendly helpful staff and the room contained everything we could need and more. The beds were very comfortable and even though they managed to squeeze 3 beds in our room, we still had room for our luggage. Highly recommended!

Very convenient, Tokyo station next door. Staff are excellent, room are so clean & quiet. If I ever visit Tokyo again, I definitely stay in this hotel. 👍

Nowhere closer to be by Tokyo Station as it is right there. Easy to travel around from this location. Room amenities were on par and the hotel was very quiet.

This was such a convenient location, right at the exit from Tokyo station. It was beautiful and clean inside, and the room was on the larger size by Tokyo standards, with a great view of the city. The staff were very helpful, even when booking a taxi for 5am pickup. We had a very pleasant stay here.

Great location for Tokyo Station, easy access to Shinkansen and hundreds of shops. Service excellent. Bar & restaurant were closed when we checked in at 9.30pm so went across the square to the Shangri-La, but could just as easily have gone back into the station.

This property has great location but suffer from bad cleaning jobs When I check in to my room I find a dirty coffee table I have to clean it before I can use it

Amazing view of the city, courteous and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was average. The best part is that it’s right next to the train station! The price is not bad for what you get. The room is small and the bathroom needs an update

The building reception is hard to find the elevator to get to it. The remote is hard to navigate and the channels are not catered to foreigners. Nothing to watch at night. The room is a little small but the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Simply a great hotel, not to be confused with the Marunouchi hotel which we also stayed at. It is right above the station, great views since guest rooms start at floor 27 onwards. They even give you a brochure in the room to detail all the buildings in your room view. Absolutely beautiful hotel tbh. Everything else is fairly standard, lovely japanese amenities and super helpful and friendly staff.

Right next to Tokyo station hence very convenient. Hotel was nice, staff very helpful, breakfast was very good.
