Super comfortable beds, shower water pressure was amazing, drapes kept the room nice and dark so we could get rest while adjusting time zones. Can’t say enough good things! Highly recommend!

The room was out dated and had tons of marks on the wall. It did not look like it did on the pictures. The walls are thin so you could really hear everything. They charge you for staying an hour late lol and if you’re checking out (even if the lockers are available) you can’t hold your luggage with them. The lockers are only for those checking in! I wasn’t pleased with the hotel conditions and the lack of amenities for the price I paid. I won’t be coming back and recommend other hotels that charge similar pricing.

In shibuya district, Short distance to most tourist spots, and small restaurant shops. However the hotel is embedded in the residential and office buildings and no other hotels surrounding. I booked own car, does not seem easy to get a taxi at the hotel. Don’t expect anything could be little luxury in the room. Never had such poor breakfast ( one piece of ham cheese bread plus a cup of coffee or tea). Hotel is equipped with high tech system: check in machine and nice message mirror. Electrical plug is not located convenient in the room, no usb port either. Half self room service - pick room essential needs at lobby yourself.

had an amazing stay at this chic compact hotel in the heart of Tokyo! The location is perfect—quiet, with convenient access to subway, restaurants/bars and mini-market stores. The room was fantastic—compact, clean, with comfortable beds, and a clean shower room with a separate toilet. Additionally, the friendly staff made all the difference. We had a fantastic time and will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

La posizione dell hotel è molto strategica, purtroppo mi hanno dato una stanza al 2 piano, e c'era un sacco di rumure durante la notte che veniva dalla strada difronte, al mattino partivano anche dei lavori! Ho chiesto di cambiare la stanza, ma non è stato possibile! L'ultima sera sono rientrato verso le 23.30, non c'erano asciugamani ne per il viso ne per la doccia! Chiamo la reception, loro si scusano ma devo scendere giù a prendere gli asciugamani! Nonostante loro siano in due non sono venuti!!! Quindi non una buona esperienza!!! Peccato!!!

This hotel was very clean and seems new. I booked a deluxe room and it was a decent size but lacked certain amenities, like there were no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. Lots of outlets though. The lobby is small. There’s a cafe with a nice seating area but it closes at 6. The area is great, quick walk to Ebisu station and everything you need is nearby: bars, restaurants, shopping, etc.

Pros: Convenient location, close to restaurants and the station. Quiet, up on the hill. Room is not fancy but has all the amenities you need, even comes with a TV. Includes breakfast (sandwich and coffee) in the nice cafe on first floor. Cons: Location is up on a hill so be prepared for a mini hike. Room is very small, pretty much have no space to walk and have to jump around suit case(s), but I guess this is standard for Tokyo. Biggest complaint is they wouldn’t let us store luggage after checking out at 10am for no reason; we ended up storing our luggage at the shinkansen station which was quite hectic given we had was ~30” suitcases.

Expensive for the price with drawbacks
The beds are very comfortable, but the room is too small and the sink in the hallway is tiny for washing without splashing water all over the floor. There is space on the wall to put shelves for toiletries. Sink can be wider if shelves are added on the wall by the sides of the mirror. Not enough hangers and electric outlets. Toyoko Inn does a much better job on all of the above and provides more and user-friendly services. We do not like the shower. You have to reach to the faucet from the door and you have to have long arms otherwise water from the shower head will get on you. No hook inside the shower to put change clothes on. Free breakfast is the same everyday, and coffee is just a little over half cup! My husband gave up his breakfast. Location is excellent though, close to the train station, shops, restaurants.

Property was close to the metro and restaurants. Very clean and staff were super friendly Rooms were very small but it was very modern and it had everything needed to be comfortable. The breakfast option was limited to a coffee and two style of sandwiches which was not worth the extra fee. Overall my experience was great!
