Really great hotel in Shibuya. Close to all amenities and very convenient to everything. Room was a great size as well.

Make sure your room is located in the main hotel- do not have a room located in the hotels annex- the quality is vastly different - a double bed room is not large enough for a couple- we ended up in a twin room with single beds and has much more space

Would stay there again. Upside is the great location. It’s in a quiet area in the middle of so many options for shopping, dining, people watching. Also loved the washer-dryer setup. Downside was room was smallish and basic with the queen bed pushed to the wall — that meant there was some bed crawling involved for one of us.

Excellent quality- price alternative in Tokyo. Enjoyed the laundry machine in the room and the simple approach to services. Basic with comfort and quality. In all Japan they could reduce plastic amenities in the hotels!

Very nice hotel. Well situated for restaurants and transportations. Staff were speaking a little English. We had a queen room. There is no desk or closet but the room was big enough for us to have 2 big luggages with us in the room. If we ever come back to Tokyo, we would stay there again.

Very close and convenient to the New South Entrance of Tokyo Station. Rooms on the small side but sufficient. The breakfast situation was pretty odd for a westerner (microwaveable croque monsieur sandwiches and soup that you brought back to your room to prepare). But it was food.

Very close to shibuya crossing and lots of places to eat. Room is small but that is to be expected in Japan. I’d stay at this hotel again.

We stayed 3 nights & reserved 2 rooms for 4 adults. The room was a perfect size, actually more spacious than I expected. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was so awesome! The hotel had shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, robes, slippers, in the room. Downstairs they had a table with anything else you may need ( toothbrush, razor, etc). The deciding factor why we selected this hotel was because it had an in-room washing machine/dryer (one unit). This was a huge convenience and allowed us to pack lighter. We didn’t have the breakfast so I can’t comment on that. But there was free hot coffee, tea & iced coffee 24 hours a day. The location is super convenient to Shibuya station. Easy to get everywhere. It was also easy walking distance from a 7-11 & Family mart for cash or snacks. I highly recommend

大人４人　一部屋で寝るには、ベッド４つで１部屋がほぼ埋まる感じでした。部屋は狭いけれど、東京では当たり前の光景なのかと納得。バス、トイレ別であり、特にバスルームが最高でした。ドラム式洗濯機が常設されており（洗濯用洗剤も常設）、活用しました。とても便利でした。キッチンは、今回利用することはなかったのですが、次にこちらを利用するときは、ぜひとも使ってみたいと思いました。

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We flew into Tokyo overnight and were very tired from our flight. We were able to do Early check in for about 1000 yen/per person for each hour. From Shibuya station, it’s about a 10min walk. The hotel is located away from the noise of the city. It’s very peaceful and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Hotel has everything you need especially if you're staying longer as it has a laundry machine built into the room with it being so close to the heart of shibuya.

The poorest Tokyu Stay hotel
The hotel is close to Shibuya Station but if you take JR there, you have to take a very long way before you reach the new south exit (closest to the hotel) of the station. What is the most disappointing is the room. We first chose superior double room which we believed should be better and larger than the standard double room. However, don’t think this is true for this hotel! I have stayed at different Tokyu Stay hotels but this one is really different from the others! The room is much smaller and the washroom has a bad odour. The WC also has some black stain on it! Terrible! We stayed 10 nights so we asked for changing room. Finally we paid JPY$60000 for upgrading to superior twin which is newer, cleaner and a little bigger. The performance of the limited housekeeping service of this hotel is also unsteady. On some days, the housekeeper forgot to refill the box tissue for us. We will not stay in this hotel again!
