Good Villa and Services :)
I spent to night in Bebek Tepi Sawah Villas and it was quite a good moment. At first we had a dispute about the villas policy and after a short talk they decided to be flexible and this was the plus point. I really appreciate it. The view was very nice and relaxing, very well maintained area and plants, I really liked it. Just for suggestion, I think they need to put more lights everywhere in the area because at night, the light is just not enough. I will come again if I go to Bali. Thanks

- Breakfast can be improved in terms of quantity. - Jacuzzi did not work well, bath tub was fine. - The shower could be cleaned and maintained better for this type of property. - Staff members were good. - For room cleanliness, I would give 8/10.

Beautiful villas, excellent service, authentic Bali vibe. Very peaceful and lovely food. Downside is that the property is a bit remote on the eastern side from central Ubud. There is a free shuttle available but only at certain hours, and the traffic is often difficult.

Pros: restaurant near by the Villa . Very quiet area. Beautiful landscape. Cons: breakfast is limited. There is no buffet option. We had the Villa for 4 people when booked but there is only one king bed, so we ended up pay extra more $ for two more beds which cost around $1000000 IDR per night. This place is a bit far from the attraction area such as clear cafe, chat time...... Etc. If you're preferred to be in the quiet area, then this is the place for you. The massage is expensive compared to other spa outside the hotel, however it was good

Lovely stay; recommended.
We loved our stay at Bebek Tepi Sawah. We live in Indonesia so visit Bali frequently, and this was by far one of the best places we've stayed in Ubud. The hotel is beautiful; lots of traditional Balinese features (statues, carvings, batik fabrics) throughout. Our room was well-maintained and clean. We especially liked the balcony and open-air shower. The staff were lovely and extremely attentive. We would definitely stay here again. We both agreed that this would also be a great place to come with a romantic partner.

Best place To stay in Ubud !
We Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, everything was excellent. Resort so beautiful, and Great location away from busy parts in Ubud. Hotel provided free car shuttle service on demand so it was very easy to get about. Restaurant food was very good. Do try the Crispy duck !!

친절하고, 우붓 숲속에 있는 아늑한 숙소 느낌이라 너무 분위기가 좋았습니다. 조식도 괜찮은 편. 저녁 되기 전에 숙소 앞에 모기향&실내에 홈키퍼를 설치해 주시구요. 우붓 중심가 가는 셔틀이 있어서 편리했습니다. 자쿠지 딸린 빌라에 묵었는데 저녁에 덥지 않은 날씨라서 좋았어요. 수영장이 조금 작고 아주 깨끗하진 않아서 수영이 중요하신 분이면 비추.

A pleasant stay in BTS
The service is excellent and staff very friendly and always greeting with a smile. The food we ordered from the restaurant was also very tasty. The shuttle service provided to Ubud center and back is an excellent service and cuts your taxi costs, if you don’t drive a motor bike yourself. The room or the villa seemed to be quite old and could use some renovation (the empty room that maybe used to be a kitchen is a bit spooky with only its empty closets). Also the AC is old and very loud – even with earplugs getting sleep can be a bit difficult. Even though BTS is located by a busy road, you won’t hear the traffic in the property, so relaxing at pool area is guaranteed.

建議在床架上安裝蚊帳, 以及在洗澡的地方對外的窗戶安裝網, 因為洗澡時不時會擔心有沒有人由窗戶進來。由於在郊野, 蟲子挺多的, 也見到有蟑螂出現在洗澡的地方。 要讚的地方是, 這裡的早餐相當美味, 以及用餐的氣氛很好。 酒店位置也不錯, 附近很熱鬧, 景點多, 也有些不錯的餐館。

Relax amongst beautiful gardens
Beautiful, relaxing place to stay at surrounded by lush gardens. Spacious, clean room with princess post beds A good selection of breakfast menus to choose from, with good service from staff. Having a halal restaurant next door with the same serene set up made it convenient for food. Overall, an enjoyable family experience.

The hotel was above and beyond my expectations.Live like you´re one with nature and on a luxurious resort,both at once.The staff was very helpful and kind,provided you with shuttle service when you needed to go somewhere.Would most definitely want to stay here again and recommend this place as your choice of hotel.

Det var et godt ophold, men stor forskel på værelserne. Den første dag boede jeg i et meget gammelt værelse, som ikke var helt rent og ikke levede helt op til forventningerne, og fik derfor et andet - ny renoveret - værelse dagen efter. Personalet er meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme, og det er en rigtig god service at man kan blive hentet og bragt af deres shuttle service.

Tranquil environment to relax, escape the heat in the pools, food at the restaurants was delicious and reasonably priced.

I don't get it.. this place wasn't "all that". We had a 2 day reservation. We check in.. we are told upon arrival that if we lose the key, we will be charged (understandable). If we get the towels dirty, we will be charged $20. If we get the sheets dirty, we will be charged $20. Frightened to do anything normal, such as wash our face before bed.. it was ridiculous. Also mandatory $500,000 deposit IN CASH "just in case something happens". Breakfast was included, except heres the catch.. we had to pay for the coffee. So it wasn't really all included. The breakfast was good though! Pools were nice. The spa was alright. The gal who did my massage was EPIC! Except, I asked for these Royal treatment package and my friend wanted a different package. We both ended up receiving something totally different. We didn't know what had happened until I asked for these receipt and it said something completely different. That was disappointing. We returned from the spa only 2 hrs after checking in, to find POOP on the floor and a rodent machine hooked up in the wall. Apparently turn down service attached it but there was actual poop moments later. The staff was super quiet and soft spoken. I didn't feel engagement from anyone. It over all was not worth the money and we returned back to the hotel we had just left and stayed there the rest of our trip

Vackert hotell
Väldigt vackert hotell med bra rena rum, dock skulle toalettartiklar ingå men en del av dom var tomma vid incheckning och när vi bad dom fylla på gjordes detta ej. Maten var i toppklass även room servicen. Viss personal i restaurangerna var väldigt otrevliga men överlag bra. Poolområdena väldigt bra. Läget var en bra bit ifrån centrum men deras shuttle service gjorde det väldigt lättillgängligt.

The property overall is lovely and great to relax and spend quiet time. The property itself is a bit old and the facilities are a bit run down. For example the rooms we stayed felt outdated and the rooms could do with some serious refurbishment and cleaning. The pool is great; the restaurant attached to the property is very good and convenient; massage in the spa isa just try. They also help you book cars and organise day trips which in my opinion is very helpful and can get you the best deal.

I’ve visited many countries, but the staff at bebek Tepi Sawah have provided service beyond measure. They will ensure you have everything you need and require, they will go out of their way to ensure you have an amazing stay

The pictures don’t do it justice. It was just stunning. We had the romantic rice field dinner and it was beautiful food and amazing setting! The staff were extremely friendly and rooms were beautiful.

Friendly staff
Staff were very friendly and efficient. Our room was nice but felt the bathroom lacked attention a little. The food was really good, we had breakfast in one restaurant and dinner in the main restaurant with many traditional tables dotted round the paddy field. The free shuttle to the centre and back was really handy.

Recommendable stay with cozy atmosphere
It was a great opportunity to stay here. Every employee was kind, nice and cooperative. And the atmosphere was soooo cozy and nice. Highly recommendable place with reasonable price.

Excellent rapport qualité - prix proche d’Ubud
Quelle agréable surprise en arrivant au Bebek ! Situé sur la route principale d’accès à Ubud on entre dans un havre de paix bien en retrait. Les grandes chambres sont disséminées autour des rizières maintenues au centre de l’hôtel et du restaurant. Très bon service et personnel aux petits soins. Bon petit déjeuner. Les 2 piscines sont également très agréables.

Staff made our stay special and nothing was to much trouble. Great breakfast loads of choice. Excellent shuttle 10 mins in and out of town by staff whenever you ask which enabled us to have some lovely evenings out. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel un po’ datato ma anche per questo di gran fascino con due belle piscine e un bellissimo giardino caratterizzato da tipiche risaie. Ambiente curato. Ottimo e molto caratteristico l’annesso ristorante famoso per l’anatra, con tavoli alla balinese disposti in singoli padiglioni sparsi in una grande risaia. Comoda la navetta gratuita da e per il centro di Ubud. Thè del pomeriggio compreso. Personale gentilissimo.
