Nice location in the main street of Ubud. Can easily walk to restaurants and shops. Staff is very polite and helpful. Live music at its restaurant every night. Hotel has lifts. Room is big and quiet. Toilet walls are glass but there are curtains for privacy. Breakfast allows you to choose a main from a menu in addition to the bread and fruits buffet.

接客は全て親切でした。寝室も常に冷房をかけてくれるので熱く汗をかいて帰ってきた後のオアシスを感じれるところでした。あと、とにかく部屋が広くて心地よい。 連日の移動でたまった洗濯物を洗いたく、近くのランドリーを紹介してもらおうとした時、近くにランドリーはあるけど、誰かが持って行ってしまうかも知らないから、ホテルで洗いますよ、と言ってくれてすごくいい匂いで洗ってもらった。 朝食もプール沿いで心地の良い雰囲気でバイキングでした。主菜は5種類くらいからの選択でサラダ、パン、フルーツがバイキングです。とても美味しかった。

とても素敵なホテルでした。 建物が古いのか、エアコンの水漏れで部屋を交代。 帰る日に一度だけブレーカーが落ちました。 しかし、素早い対応で何の問題もありませんでした。 次に来た時もここに泊まりたいです。

Good Stay in Central Ubud
We had a wonderful three day stay. The location is excellent, a short distance from the Monkey Forest. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast extensive. We really enjoyed the complementary afternoon tea on the beautiful rooftop restaurant. The staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating.

徒歩圏内に何でもあるのでロケーションは最高です。施設は古さを感じますが、部屋は改装されていてとても綺麗でした。従業員のホスピタリティはいいと思います。

Can’t recommend it enough. Great location as can walk easily to the main sites and top restaurants. Room was clean and spacious, staff fantastic. Great breakfast too!

Dated property and in poor repair. Nice pool but small. Nice breakfast. Rooms were ok nothing special, but dark inside. Staff very friendly. Very convenient location.

This hotel was amazing! When we first got there our room wasn’t great and they hadn’t cleaned properly but when told they moved us to another room swiftly and made sure we were well looked after! They also had a games room and beautiful pool and breakfast and the staff were brilliant! The hotel itself needs more stars

A Great Holiday
Good location with many spas and restaurant (the crispy duck and suckling pig) nearby. Hotel is also near to the Monkey forest, Lotus pond and the Central market. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and wi-fi is good.

몽키포레스트 로드 중심가에 있는 시장과 왕궁 등 시내 접근이 너무 좋은 호텔입니다. 빌라에 묵었는데 방도 화장실도 엄청 커서 놀랐어요 특히 화장실 목욕실 샤워실이 모두 구분되어 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 관리상태도 좋고 개인정원도 깨끗하고 예쁘게 관리되어 있어요. 다만 우붓 특유의 벌레에는 익숙해져야할 것 같아요. 게코도마뱀은 익숙해져서 귀여운데 방안에 자꾸 나타나는 땅강아지만한 큰 벌레는 아직도 무섭네요. 여러마리 쫒아내는라 고생했습니다. 수영장도 여러개이고 호텔 정말 좋습니다. 다만 체크인할 때도 아웃할 때도 컨시어지의 남자스텝들은 가방도 안들어주고 좀 불친절한것 같습니다. 여자스텝들은 인사도 잘하시고 무지 친절합니다.

ウブド中心街にあります。 年末年始に5か所ホテルに泊まりましたが、ホテル満足したのはココでした。 清潔感あり、朝食も良い、お風呂も満足行く湯量、そしてWi-Fiがとても良い。部屋は陽射しが入らず暗めですが、トータル満足です。 高い屋上の部屋にされればなおベストです。特に綺麗好きな日本人にはオススメします。

The hotel has a good location, gluten free breakfast, nice staff, and the best, a mini mart in front of it. don't worry when you hungry in any time. I think It will be more perfect if the facility in gym didn't broken.

The area around the hotel is very dirty and scummy with taxi mafia and beggars following and harassing you as soon as you leave the hotel. Trashy and filthy throughout. When we asked to cancel the rest of our stay because we felt unsafe and unhappy the reception lady crossed so many boundaries in her questions and “advice” to us, very inappropriate and poor training on customer service etiquette. The Ubud village hotel is dark and puddles throughout, spiders and large ants and mold in the bathroom, shower door doesn’t close properly. Halls smell like warung cooking. Breakfast pastry are cold.

Highly recommended Ubud hotel
We loved this hotel from the moment we stepped foot in it. Greeted by the most friendly and helpful staff and a delicious welcome drink, the wonderful Dewa informed us that we were getting a room upgrade and showed us to our suite. Dewa was so helpful and always greeted us by name when we saw him everyday. Thank you Dewa. The room was perfect! A spacious, clean and tastefully decorated room ( seperate lounge and TV area, TV in bedroom area too, with a beautiful large bathtub in the also spacious bathroom. There were outdoor lounging areas off the bedroom and lounge which made the space even better. The location is right on the main street so it was perfect for exploring, shopping and dining on foot. A very special touch was the free afternoon tea on the roof at 4pm everyday. Delicious food with a lovely view of the surrounding lush gardens and on a clear day, the volcanoes. I would highly recommend this hotel when staying in Ubud.
