"This is amazing hotel Property is beautiful on the ocean with beautiful cliffs and landscapes. Rooms are the best I have ever been in with amazing views and i have stayed at many 5 star hotels. Breakfast was amazing buffet. Rooms were beautiful and clean. The staff was amazing and helpful. They directed me with every question I had. "My partner and I spent 4 nights here and it was amazing. The room was clean and the breakfast and afternoon tea was delicious. The staff was super nice but one staff member Gabriel went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting us with whatever we needed. One late night we could not find a good place to eat and we texted Gabriel and she came to our rescue and suggested a nice pizza place that did late night delivery. This hotel is extremely lucky to have someone like Gabriel as a staff...

"The hotel wifi does not work. I spoke to other guests to make sure it wasn’t just me and they were also complaining. I was unable to work the 4 nights I was there. If you need wifi do not stay here. The hotel also only has 2 people working the desk, and when I complained about the wifi they didnt show that they cared and said its due to the island. I had friends in other hotels on the island which was cheaper and their hotel wifi worked fine. "

"The hotel was great! The staff was amazing and helped us with everything we needed. The rooms were very comfortable and modern. The pool area and bar had a beautiful view and the pool was very nice. The included breakfast was delicious and fresh, I’m not a big breakfast person and I looked forward to having breakfast every morning because it was so delicious ( I strongly recommend the tapioca). I travel a lot and this hotel exceeded all of expectations. "

"It was just perfect! All the staff was really helpful and and kind. It is in a great location and comfortable, the breakfast was really good, with omelets and tapiocas, cake, fruits, yogurt. They offer simple afternoon coffee around 6pm. They lend bicycles for the guests. The air conditioning worked pretty well. Wifi just works near the desktop.
