"The hotel is very charming. And it could be a very delightful place if there was a manager who cared about it. There were multiple things that didn't work. The air conditioning didn't work, the ceiling fan didn't work, plus the window was screwed shut so there is no way to get any air into the room. Even worse, there was no water to the unit. Every once in a while a little bit would come out of the sink, but it was ice cold and it would only come on for about 10 seconds. No shower or bath...

"This is one of the best properties I have ever booked!! The staff are very kind, friendly, and helpful. Parking is safe and secure. The facilities are so clean and beautiful. Restaurants and shopping are easily reached by foot in under five minutes, and the proximity to the Sequoia National Park is perfect!
