The staff working were excellent! When our room key stopped working they were quick to reprogram it. The microwave in our room wasn’t running properly and they had a new one for us within five minutes.

As soon as I walked inside my room there was a really strong smell which was very hard to spot! It smelled like there was urine on the carpet or floor! If I had to stay for a longer period i would have definitely changed but room but since it was only for a night I had to handle it. The staff was professional and nice but the room very old and smelly

The room was satisfactory, but it could be cleaner. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly and the floor had dirt on it. Nevertheless, the beds were comfortable and it was alright for the money we were paying.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This hotel is in a horrible part of town. All of the rooms smell like weed. There were literally drug deals going on in the parking lot. It faces a busy main road that is very loud. The staff did not care, they said “you get what you pay for?”

Terrible hotel. The room smells awful. Very run down. No breakfast. The location is not in a very good part of town. Very scary people in the parking lot looked like doing drug deals. When we complained we were told you get what you pay for.

The staff was very nice. The rooms were very quiet. My only complaint was it said we reserved full size beds... yeah that is a never would have. I am very very cautious on booking and reading everything. I have two children and a husband never would I. Also the beds were very firm. Besides that is was a great hotel.

Entire place smells weed and cigarette butts in the lobby, corridor, elevator. No place for keeping the luggage ( in case guests appear a bit early), no common washroom. In general the crew is not helpful.

Red Roof has really really went down hill. The smell was awful. The card keys wouldn't work properly. Cleanliness was almost non existent.

Staff was nice and easy guidance to our room. Room had some problems such as clogged sink and wrappers from previous renters. Area said no smoking but lots of smokers around. Otherwise, it was an okay place for the price.

We got what we paid for. Don’t book with high expectations. We even found mold on the shower curtains. Luckily it was only a 1 night stay or we might have found worse.
