"Check-in was a terrible experience. Zero customer service, and the manager treats customers like criminals. The room's toilet was unusable without a toilet seat and would not flush properly. The room itself was not cleaned, and had broken floor tiles. The rooms are not well-maintained. The air conditioner did not work properly. The television did not work at all. "Room service (such as dusting and moping floor) is not daily. You see roaches here, there, and everywhere. Killed more than 10 roaches, sizes from tiny to small to medium. No big flying ones.
