"Overall it was good"

"The staff were EXCELLENT!!! There is a very bad sewage smell in the afternoons especially. The room needed painting and the sheets needed replacing. It was quiet and the location is good. No hot water and very limited cable."

The breakfast is very appealing every morning my mom is looking forward with dish of the day and the fruits were awesomely fresh, love the fruit salad. "Staff are friendly and respectful. The site is wonderful coz its near sm and bus terminal. The room is good but the towels are old and dirty white already. Should have a face towel and a hand towel. Staff told us that only the suite room has a supply for face towel. "

"Lots of consruction outside. Difficult getting in and out. Property and staff was wonderful. Only frustration; the web site and on travel apps say that there is free transportation to the air port between 10 am and 9 pm at scheduled times " and on request". The last part is not true. I requested and was told they won't or can't. If that is true it should not say, " upon request because they will not honer that statement."

"A nice inexpensive olderproperty centrally located to Mango Square an Ayala Mall. You do have to pay extra to use the gym that Expedia i.plies is free. You also have to surrender your key to the front desk with each exit and than wait in an always bust line to retrieve your key upon return."

"Very satisfied with my one night stay. Clean, quiet, comfortable bed. That’s all I needed. The hotel is located in a very congested area near the capitol site, so take that into consideration in terms of getting around."

"There are lots of facilities nearby, all within walking distance. The rooms are a good size and water pressure is great for showers. Air conditioning is a little noisy is the only negative. "

We went out on the second day and came Back 4 hours later but no cleaning done. After I complained the excuse was they were upstairs and was coming down to clean it. They were on our floor when we went out cleaning the room next to ours and the one opposite. So why not clean while there. "I was really surprised how clean and nice this hotel is. I do love the fact you can walk-around and there are food stands in the alleyway next to the hotel. My only complaint is that it isn't a walkable distant to Ayala mall. The distance to the mall isn't far - its the safety. You have to cross 3 very busy roads and it is not safe. Dont take the risk and take a cab."
