"I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and it was one of the better and valued hotel I've experienced in Changzhou. Rooms were clean but a little on the smaller side since I was traveling with my family. Unlike other hotels, the front desk is located on floor 7 being that this is part of the mall, all levels below are shops and office. That being said, you'll find the business area, kids area, dining area, and laundry room all located on the 7th floor, everything above are guest rooms. I didn't...

"In the middle of factory street. No shops around it, at least one more mile in a resident area to find restaurants and shopping stores. Somehow te room AC didn't work well, in the hot day I have to open window let fresh air in to cool down. Not a good location, better choose other hotel, there are plenty hotels around it."

"The hotel lobby was super tidy and clean, rooms are on above standard, another thing to mention is the special arrangement for my amendment of my journey, since because i have overbooked 1 night , the lady at the counter has sincerely arranged cancelation for the night and as well refunded to me. I felt she has carried an excellent of customer sevice and taking ownership to my trouble. A big thumbs up to her!"
