"This hotel is new and very clean. But some staff can't speak English. And laundry is so expensive. there is no laundry machine. when I ordered the ice box, the respons was so slow. the room service made very early morning call by mistake in spite of I did not order. so I felt very uncomfortable during my stay. "

I am guessing that this hotel is not a new hotel, since there is many signs of abandoned spots like broken glass on the security post and many that maybe don't have to state one by one.. 3. Breakfast, this is upsetting .....

"All the staff in the hotel is working so hard. I'm very impressed on that part. However a fixed rod to install toilet roll was attached by a tape. So I feel like trivial maintanance is done by taking palliative measures in the hotel. Also other fixed rod for hand shower was also unstable, I was feeling awkward to change angle of it. but it was not a big issue. Overall it was pretty comfortable experience to stay."
