"I enjoyed staying at the Hotel, Zakir was very attentive to my needs. The hotel is ideally located and has a very good standard. I would recommend it to others. I was a little disappointed though with the gym out of service. I guess something like this can't always be avoided."

"Typically as expected inline with similar 3* hotels in Sylhet Town. Room with double bed was fine clean and reasonable but no natural light as windows blocked by wall/adjacent building. Bathroom needs an upgrade as poor quality. Be sure to insist on room with town view. Dining facilities fine and staff helpful over generous buffet breakfast (included) Roof terrace/pool disappointing and urgently needs an upgrade to look smart and attractive. Housekeeping staff very helpful and courteous. Overall...

"Stole my items when i left it there after checkout. Stole my pants and shirt. Also found bed bugs and ants in the bed. Help, police "

"The general manager is a cheater. He will take cash instead of taking cards because he want to charge extra. Places and the furnitures are very old and swimming pool was so dirty. So Expensive but no fun at all! Do not waste your money please !"

"Very friendly staff. The design was very modern and clean. My only wish was that the beds were a bit more soft because I had a hard time sleeping on the stiff beds. Other than that I would recommend this place to everyone coming to sylhet. It's one of the most affordable hotels here."

"They took 2 hours for check in. I have paid the booking money from online..But they said me that they didn't receive my money. So, they asked me to pay also in cash otherwise I have to leave the hotel within 30 minutes. Finally Expedia solved this issue. But I didn’t like their tone. Also they didn’t provide breakfast, towels, soaps, shampoo, toothpaste. :( "
