"On my arrival at the hotel, when I realized that I booked a different kind of room than I expected, the manager willingly upgraded it without any charge. All the staff were very kind and helpful with nice smiles. It was very comfortable stay with quietness and a nice sea view right through the windows of the room. "Value for money and our room had a good view of fireworks on new years eve! Overall the room is clean and bedsheets are clean. Hotel maintenance could be improved, bathroom shower doesnt drain fast.
