"Overall, our favourite hotel in Bali despite the weather (unfortunately it was rainy season). The resort is amazing. The staff are very helpful. We stayed quite far from the front so the golf carts were available to help take us around. When you first walk into the room you're greeted by an amazing bathroom and coffee bar. "This hotel has a restaurant inside which makes it convenient after a long tour to sit down and eat dinner. Staff and food were amazing and friendly. They provide free breakfast if staying at the hotel and I ate their famous avocado toast during my stay here. I would recommend this place if staying in Ubud."

"Lovely, elegant room, with a bath/shower, which I appreciated. One stepped out to a small childrens' pool which seemed never to be used. There were 6 pools in all, in the midst of verdant tropical vegetation, and exotic paraphernalia. At times it felt like one was staying in an abandoned film set. Think Howard Hughes."

"what stands out for the resort is the attentive staff working in the restaurant. they were very helpful and accommodating. they even provided a service recovery due to an order not being cooked to satisfactory. that does not mean that the food was but, it was delicious. the cleanliness in the room was borderline poor as the sheets were lipstick-stained. i did indicate to change the sheets but it did not come to pass. there weren't cups provided in the toilet for brushing of teeth. the pool...

"Beautiful room, nicely decorated, spacious, and clean. Breakfast was served each morning on our Balcony. We enjoyed the complimentary afternoon cake and coffee. Pool area was very nice. "This was an absolutely beautiful hotel. Felt like paradise. Loved the daily shuttle down to Ubud, but also only 40k in a taxi. Rooms were gorgeous, we had the valley view suite, room was huge with amazing view. The pool was also great with amazing views, felt like you were in the middle of no where whilst being close enough to the center of Ubud. Staff were so helpful. Had a massage in the spa and that was wonderful! Would definitely return here "
