"The grounds of this hotel are amazing, very lush and tropical. The shuttle bus to the private beach is great, we felt very safe and looked after. We are a family of 5 and the 2 bed 2 bath room was perfect! The staff were so welcoming and helpful. We found the bathroom in our bedroom tired but still tidy enough. Overall a great stay for our first time in Nusa dua "

"Frist time in Bali and we were completely happy with the Villas and support. Villas was immaculate and comfortable. Private pool and outdoor lounge area perfect for fun and relaxation. Villa staff was top notch and supported us each day with tourist support like guides and rides. Couple massages in spa were amazing. definitely a repeat on next trip"

"Never ever book this hotel even if you get free deal. Worst ever experience. I travel globally but never had such a bad experience anywhere. They literally don’t pick up your call if you need anything. The shower gel was finished and I made complaint 3 times, still they didn’t refill it. Also bathroom shower gel dispenser was broken before I checked in and they thought I broke it. Later on confessed that it was their mistake. The reception staff is not at all polite. "

"Our stay at Kayumanis was relaxing and lovely - just what we needed after "roughing" it in Raja Ampat. The villa was perfect, the landscaping beautiful, and we loved (and took advantage of) the in-villa dining/room-service options. The walk to the beach club was easy and there's a path along the beach if you want to get your steps in/check out the other dining options around the resort. We also took advantage of the spa, and the massages we received were amazing. One last note - their in room...

"space was big no doubt. but the condition of the villa need to be improved. not able to lock one of the room. all the sliding doors are not functioning well. especially living to pool.. had a hard time opening and closing it. otherwise overall is great. breakfast was great too.. "
