"Quite, nice staff, good facilities "

"Room was spacious and i was on a low floor in the annexe part which was easy for me . Drinks are reasonable for the hotel.didnt have food so cannot comment on that. The bed was very comfortable to use.and tea and coffee were provided. So close for the racecourse and enjoed wayching the horses being drpped off for the races. Definitely a returning trip to here worthwhile "

"This Hotel is a 'smart hotel' where you get a code to open the Hotel & the room. The room was huge....2 TV's, a couch, big bed and 2 chairs & table beside the bed. The bathroom was also huge. A spa bath with shower over the bath. 2 basins. This was a great hotel. The restaurant below (not associated with the Hotel as such, was also excellent."

"From start to finish our stay was wonderful. Our hosts couldn't do enough for us. Fantastic room and ensuite was nearly as big. Our breakfast was exceptional and we would have no hesitation in recommending this super dog friendly establishment Crofthead B&B ...we will return.."

"Expectations were high with a score of 9.2 but I was disappointed. Room a bit pokey, very odd matress & bedding, terrible shower. Decor throughout a bit tired. Residents bar very limited and nothing on draught. Breakfast was ok. On the plus side, staff were all very nice, location is quiet with a nice park opposite and there's enough parking. I'd stay again if in Girvan but can't say I'd look forward to it."

"Comfortable apartment overall well maintained. Parking good. Close to Turnberry hotel, 8-10 min walk. Kitchen appliances suited our needs. Heating worked well. Bathroom facilities worked for us. En-suite shower thermostat was temperamental. Visited Culzean, Turnberry hotel for spa and afternoon tea. Local pub/restaurants such as Souter’s, Wildings, Balkenna, Anchorage in Dunure, Saffy’s and Wellingtons in Ayr. Coop in Maybole and Asda in Girvan useful for provisions. We were moved to an apartment at roughly 21:30 at night, we were moved to an apartment with no hot tub, as this was not the experience we were looking for we agreed with Donnini to leave the next morning and they would give us a full refund (we were booked for two nights).
