"This is a modern property and our first time there. It is walkable to the Shinjuku area. Rooms are modestly sized which is not unusual for Tokyo. The staff are excellent and the dining options are superb. The lobby lounge is perfect for coffee and snacks/ meals should you need to spend some time doing your calls between outdoor trips. Overall a very trendy and aesthetic hotel. "

"I stayed at Peninsula with my 2,5 year old kid. Peninsula gave me a very complete baby amenities from bath equipments to stroller. This gives me an easy stay. The area surrounding the hotel was also excellent. The Hibiya Subway Station has exit direct to the hotel and the closest JR station which is Yurakucho station is only walking distance. It is very near with Tokyo Station also if you need to take Shinkansen."

"AMAZING property, centrally located in the financial district. I take one solo trip yearly, and stay at FourSeasons. Otemachi did not dissapoint! The two hour massage was amaIng. George and Tsatsu at concierge are amazing! VIRTU is a vibe! Keith and his team were amazing. The pizza in the hotel is to die for! I will see you soon, FourSeasons Otemachi! The blackout curtains, comfy bed and heated toilets are amazing! The bath is cozy! Definitely a dream property in a magical city!"

"훌륭한 뷰, 접근성 좋은 위치, 적극적인 서비스는 굉장히 마음에 들었습니다. 다만 단점이 너무 확실해서 자주 방문하기는 어려울 것 같습니다. 로비 층의 체크인 카운터는 비좁고 거의 대부분의 공간이 라운지와 레스토랑으로 이루어져 있어 쾌적하지 못합니다. 라운지와 레스토랑의 입구는 좁고 항시 직원이 서있어 투숙객이 둘러 볼 수 있는 공간이 너무나 제한적입니다. 또한 밤의 경우 라운지에서 풍기는 술냄세가 로비층 전체에 가득한 점도 아쉽습니다. 1층에는 별도의 직원이 없어 외국인 투숙객들이 아무렇게나 흡연을 합니다. 1층 골드바를 이용하였지만 미리 예약을 했음에도 굉장히 비좁은 자리로 손님을 몰아넣어 불편함이 컸습니다. 좌석의 편차가 너무 심하고 2시간 제한 시간 내 카운터 좌석으로의 이동이 불가한 점도 납득하기 어려웠습니다. 직원들의 서비스 응대는 민첩하지 못하며 오리지널 칵테일은 난해하기 그지없습니다. 아내의 경우 논알콜 칵테일을 요청하였으나 계속 알콜 칵테일을 제공받았습니다. 원래는...
