Grand Sirenis is a dream come true, and feels like home away from home. I am so glad we chose to stay at this resort. From the safety of the guests, to the access to shuttles and amenities, comfortability of the beds, great entertainment, ease of booking amazing excursions, friendly staff, bilingual ability, great drinks, even better food, etc. I was so sad to leave. Hoping to come back at the next available chance. We loved it, and highly recommend if you’re looking for your own dream come true in Mexico, you’ll book at this resort.

The jungle setting near the coast made it so relaxing. The food was great, even at the main buffet. Seaweed was a big problem on the beach.

A/C completely inadequate as checked 3 different rooms, had maintenance come several times and could not cool the room to below 28 Degrees C! Lots of bugs in some rooms too. Talking with others, was a wide spread issue. Ran out of basic drink ingredients several times….no margaritas or Tequila on a resort beach in Mexico….really?! The restaurants were terrible but at least the buffet was actually quite good. The staff was excellent for the most part with the exception of a concierge named “Ice”, if you get her go to someone else!! Long story short, go elsewhere because you DO NOT get what you’ve paid for here!!

It’s a secluded area where you can be in peace and quiet but we were disappointed with the beach, which is very small and rocky and maintained poorly. The beach lounges are old, and damaged
