This hotel has "Diamond" in its name, reflecting its sparkling, shiny and glittering aesthetics inside! From the outside the building looks ordinary, but once inside you will appreciate the many diamond-inspired features. Also per its name, "capsule" means a small space without windows, but I appreciate the high ceiling and reasonably-sized private bathroom. Very affordably-priced, with a scenic 15-minute walk to the tram station. Highly recommended for the adventurous and practical traveller.

Staff were brilliant. Friendly and helpful. Complimentary pastries, coffee and juices. Room was an experience as first time in a capsule/cabin room. Very small but has everything you need. Bed is hard to deal with if claustrophobic. Shower room is great. For a single traveller absolutely spot on. Bit of a walk to trams and at the quiet end of a student area are the only negatives i could find.

The room itself was very nice. the shower drain however, was not that great. after about 2 minutes you are standing in a puddle of water. the shower pressure is bad and it seems like the heads have been sitting for years. It was very clean. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything that going on. Some of the staff have a bit of an attitude but overall very nice. The location was horrible. it looks like a very round area but the hotel was very nice. It is expensive for what you get. The staff told us when we got there that there were complimentary drinks in the fridge as they hadn’t built the restaurant yet. The next day we asked for a couple of drinks and they tried to charge us for it. Eventually, we got them for free but the communication wasn’t great between staff.

The room itself was really nice. However we booked for bunk beds and received one double bed instead which was not ideal for our situation. The bathroom also is able to be seen by all guests while you’re using the toilet which can be awkward. The juices at the lobby tasted fake as well and a bit disgusting. The outside looked abandoned and a bit scary and is a bit of walk into town.

This hotel is NOT convenient to bus or train to the airport. It's quite a distance from the city center as well and the building next to is abandoned. Our linen was dirty, and while the staff did eventually replace it, they didn't have extra on hand and had to get it from an unoccupied room. They were busy/short staffed so this took awhile. With all that said, as capsule hotels go, it was fairly spacious and had a desk and private bathroom. And the staff did try hard to be helpful.

It was close to the tram stop and University. The manager and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would stay there again.
