"This is a cute little hotel right in the heart of old Bordeaux and is easy to get to and from on the tram system. My room was a quirky little thing right off the stairs going up to the first floor (not at the top of the stairs, off the side of the stairs - I said quirky!) It was a smallish room, but on par for the price point in a wonderful European city, and completely fine for a solo traveller. "This is a good property in the heart of the historic district of Sarlat. We had great support from Valentin and Clois when we were there. The room was in the attic with a small kitchenette, which we used for breakfast 2 of the days that we were there. We needed a property with a garage and booked one with them. What we did not realize that this was a several minute walk from the property itself. There also was no convenient place to bring up the car to unload luggage since there was a fair going...

"Lieu magique devant l'océan, vu magnifique, odeur des embruns. Problème concernant la cuisine. Il ne faut pas surtout faire à manger, pas de hôte aspirante.Studio fait pour dormir! Aménagement spartiate et bon marché. Nous avons pris tous nos repas à l'extérieur. Accueil agréable et efficace de la conciergerie."

"Très bon séjour effectué dans un cadre professionnel. L'hôtel Résidence offre de très belles prestations. Véritables petits studios très bien équipés. Possibilité de repas et petit-f-déjeuner sur place. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique."

"La entrada fue un desastre, no podiamos meter la clave de la puerta de la calle. Tuvimos que llamar a un telefono que habia en la cristalera del portal. Aqui nos atendio una chica muy paciente pero no nos aclaramos. Por fin bajo la chica de recepcion y de ahi en adelante todo muy bien. El personal muy atento."

"Appartement propre. Cependant il manque des choses comme le sèche cheveux (indiqué dans le descriptif ). Petit déjeuner très simple, pourrait être amélioré en qualité et choix. Œufs brouillés préparés à l’avance et donc froids, pas de grille-pain… Salle de petit-déjeuner très petite."
