"The staff at the Enchantment Resort were fantastic, especially Valeria that helped us the morning after we arrived. We had problems with our toilet the first night as it kept running and although the team tried to fix the problem it didn't resolve the issue. The next day Valeria was able to move us to a new room immediately. I was really impressed by her help and the overall staff. We really enjoyed our stay and will use the Enchantment Resort again when we go back to Sedona next year."

"This was our 10th year staying here. We love it and will be back. We enjoyed the color palette with the remodeled room. Only thing was the AC seemed a little too warm for our liking and fridge was not cold. We did not reach out to maintenance while we were there as it wasn’t a huge problem but likely would next time."

"It wasn't ideal that we got a room that was sized to be ready but had the prior guests food/beverage at the front of the door in the floor. Might consider being sure that the room is truly ready to check in. Otherwise the staff was great along with the pools and the room was comfortable and clean. "
