The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. It had a mini fridge which was great, and a microwave, didn't use the microwave. The TV was big, however, there was no channel guide to help find anything and none of the stations provided the name of the program playing or even the name of the channel itself. That's really the only complaint. Nothing like scrolling through TV channels hoping to find some music. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and not overly expensive.

The security guard David is wonderful at his job. Very accommodating and takes security of the property very seriously. We very much appreciated his hospitality. The two front desk employees were excellent. They were friendly and very professional. We appreciate everyone’s hospitality on our short stay and look forward to staying here again. Wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. These three gentlemen deserve a raise.

Great everything except the beds were terrible! Like sleeping on a hard board. Not enough blankets either. Staff were awesome and extremely clean and they cared and took pride in it.

Please BE AWARE OF THIS PROPERTY. Upon arrival there were homeless breaking into cars. We immediately let the front desk know and she said that occurs there all the time. I asked to speak with the manager as we felt very unsafe. They break into people's car ALL THE TIME. be aware.. they also have signs that they are not responsible if something happens everywhere. Management is terrible and rude and they will take your money. I am currently disputing this with my bank as we never checked in. They said they have security and he was running late. It is all LIES they do not provide any security. VERY UNSAFE LOCATION PLEASE LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Hotel was “okay”. Our room was on the first level so I’m sure that’s the reason for most of the noise but there must have been a gap in the window or something because all we could heard was a whistle from the wind all night. The one window that was in the room was in the bedroom of our suite so the sitting area seemed like a dungeon. The entry is not marked well whatsoever. My husband called it the suicide turn to get into the place. Paid $200 per night for the suite room and wasn’t overly impressed. Room had a weird smell. I will say the breakfast was fabulous!

Clean hotel. Quick check in and easy parking. The breakfast makes the stay a great value. It is near enough to everything we wanted to do, but it is not downtown.

The room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. The whole property was neat and modern. The parking was great. The man at the front desk when we arrived was very friendly. Even the breakfast was wonderful, they had a wide variety of options and it was all warm and fresh.

One of the only reasons I booked Country Inn & Suites is because my grandaughter wanted to swim in an indoor pool. Unfortunately the water was so cold that absolutely us nor any other guests could get in the frigid waters. I was so dissapointed because this was why we stayed here. I did ask the front desk severeal times if there was anthing they could do to raise the temp of the water. They responded with no results or concern at all. I guess it is easier to keep clean if nobody can even get into the pool. I took the time to respond, however it will not undo my grandaughters pure dissapointment.
