"It was all pretty good with a great cafe(s) and a supermarket right next to the hotel. There were some weird maintenance issues like the hot and cold water were reversed in my apartment but, overall, it was excellent. "

"Staff were amazing in accommodating a couple of extra requests, wifi was fast, rooms were clean and well equipped. Great value for money in an excellent location that was walkable to most attractions, and public transport was easy to use for those other locations. Building works were underway but had minimal impact on our stay. Would stay here again. "

"We loved the room except for double beds ,we are grown men.The staff were excellent the manager was exceptional and very so helpful and understanding. The stay for four days was great and enjoyable. "This hotel suited our needs. It was clean, in a good location, had plenty of useful amenities, had a great pool and friendly staff. However, if you are looking for flash....this is not the place. It is very tired and probably needs an upgrade. If you are looking for a safe, basic place to stay with a BBQ area and pool then this place is okey. We would probably stay again if ever we are back in Cairns. "
