The property is not bad but they don't clean, the room was dirty and beddings had stains, there was no toilet paper and we had to go and ask for toilet paper. But the lady at front desk was nice.

Found bedbugs in bed and no one seem to care when told or offered me any compensation. Had to return home and get rid of everything I’m suitcase.

This is my 3rd time staying here due to the affordability. However the rooms are never really that clean. My mom was with me this time and got the room before me. I thought she took a shower and used a wash cloth and hung it up on the shower rod. However, the next morning she asked if I used both wash cloths but I didn’t. Turns out, that wash cloth was dirty and left up there from the previous guest! How gross. And the toilet seat was so loose I almost fell off of it.

My apologies for the bad experience you had with us. I was unaware that there was any issues with the elevator. I will reach out to ownership to correct this issue. I will also have maintenance start a check list to check that everything is working in the cleans rooms before having a guest check into it.

Michele at front desk was friendly, easy going, informative, and helpful. From meeting her at check in until end of stay! I called her to the room for assistance with tv and she came up to help within less than 5mins. Only thing we did not like about our stay is that we could not watch anything but regular tv channels. No games, YouTube or movie apps can be downloaded. Also our room was a smoke free room but it’s smelt like cigarette smoke as soon as we walked in. Lastly, the elevator was extremely slow. I was scared to use it because I thought I’d get stuck due to its slow functioning. Other than that I enjoyed my time there.

I am a disabled person and when I went to have my breakfast one of the days I was in the hotel, one of the ladies preparing the breakfast menu, I believe her name was Jazmin, went out of her way to help me and brought everything to my table. It was a service I never received even in the most expensive restaurant. I look for her the next day to thank her but she was off. Please thank her for me.

Construction. We passed the entrance and then ended up on the beltway. I don’t think it is your fault, just not good. Maybe put a sign out there at entrance to help.

We do have a sign by the entrance of the hotel but we actually have 2 entrances. Unfortunately, we do not own the land where our sign is located.

The beds were horrible. They were lumpy and I didn’t not sleep! The elevator needs to be assessed and fixed . Lighting in rooms are horrible . The bathroom was very dark while showering . The shampoo & body wash bottles inside shower were empty . People were slamming doors all night , heard a barking dog & people were smoking weed in the rooms even tho it says the whole property was non smoking and to go to outside designated areas!

The front desk employee Diana was so helpful and pleasant, she answered all of my questions and made my daughter's day with their interactions. The hotel is nice, clean for the most part, housekeeping could be better for guest that stay for longer than a day. Breakfast was good, nice selection to choose from

I usually travel to Baltimore on business and never stayed at La Quinta before so decided to give it a shot. I’ve never been so disappointed at the quality of breakfast a hotel offered for its guests. It’s sad and shocking that a third world country like Ecuador offers a better quality type of continental breakfast versus a big chain hotel like La Quinta. There were no bacon, sausage, fresh fruit even most of the items a continental breakfast has. There was only muffins, hard boiled eggs (not even scrambled) yogurt and bread.
